They explain every part of the process as they are doing it (this all takes place in front of you). From the weighing to the grading of the gold or silver - they explain it all to you. I was actually shocked at how much they offered me for my old gold jewelry. And they pay in cash, just like they say. The ONLY thing keeping them from a solid 5 stars is that on my second visit, they increased the offer price on some silver when I told them I had to call the old lady (it was her silver) to see if their offer was high enough.
