No. Here's why: - Felt judged immediately walking in by the female attendant behind the counter, looking at me up and down and giving a subtle eye roll, I can only assume because I was in gym clothes. - I signed in to their iPad, only after hearing the same eye roll girl tell a patron that entered after me to sign in. - Then I waited - AND WAITED - I waited so long they were able to help two gentlemen that signed in AFTER me. - When they finally call my name, 20 minutes later. I was told the items that was looking for, the same items that they posted on their Facebook page 40 minutes ago were no longer there. A little suspicious. What was most disappointing was not the decision itself, but the way it was communicated. I was looked up and down, made to feel embarrassed, and dismissed rather than given a respectful explanation or professional decline. I fully understand that consignment shops have the right to refuse items they cannot authenticate. However, there is a significant difference between saying "this does not meet our resale criteria" and making definitive claims that contradict an original in-store purchase, particularly when such claims are delivered without professionalism or care. This experience left me questioning whether the assessment was truly based on expertise or influenced by assumptions. You can get quality items at a great price! The people are also ridiculously sweet & very knowledgeable about their items. Not once have I ever felt pressured to buy anything & if I ever have questions one of the employees will gladly address them. As for what you can expect to find inside... ANYTHING! Although, you'll typically find on any given day designer handbags, lots of JA/Kendra Scott/Gemstone jewelry, firearms, currency & their bid boards. The bid boards are really cool! They will put up different items (usually currency & jewelry) up for bid on their boards with dates that tell you what day the bids end. If you really really like one of the items on the board & want to take it that day you can pay $3 on top of the last bid. The owner and staff have been incredibly cold and rude. They have you wait for an hour before anyone even comes and talks to you. Then they tell you to come back later after talking to you for a couple of seconds, like you have all the time in the world. Their business hours are a total joke. And they will never pick up the phone. They make you feel like you're not welcome in that place and not worthy of any respect or attention. When I told them I had a problem with their attitude, they threatened to call the police. Never have I ever had an experience this bad with any business. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Masks are required in public places as required by City ordinance, including your staff & guests. I went in the store in July and noticed 3 out of 5 staff did not have masks on and two guests. Came here based on reviews to give them a chance before I tried bringing some of my gold jewelry. I tend to have a major issue with people doing the scratch tests since I hate damaging good jewelry. So I brought instead my old Louis Vuitton garment bag that I felt had some value, I called ahead to make sure they would even look at it. The told me and I quote "we offer aggressive pricing" which I was intrigued about. So I walked in and kinda cased the place, it's very very small which surprised me. I was almost immediately met by a woman behind the counter who offered me a seat and to set down my large garment bag. I believe his name was David but a gentlemen came up to me and introduced himself and went though all those motions he then tells me it would take some time for him to throurouly examine it for authenticity, fine no offense. Turning towards the end he looked it over took it to the back even smelled it it times and came back up to me explaining to me the whole process and how he could take it in for auction or we could pay a flat price which he later offered at $200. Obviously low and obviously not what I would except but still a fair offer all things considered for them to make a profit. I wasn't offended but I didn't end up leaving anything. No harm no foul is I would say, The one thing I was impressed about was the overall tone demeanor and basically the customer orientation. We found a beautiful princess cut diamond that was already in a setting, however we didn't like the setting. They spent the time with us that night to look through 250 different settings, we narrow it down to 2. Once we got to that point, they helped us finish the design by adding all the surrounding stones. We left that night happy with the ring that was designed, but it was the first store we had gone to, so wanted to do a little more research.
