I'd installed a sapphire crystal on the watch -- it normally uses an acrylic one -- but it interfered with the watch movement and my ability to secure the movement to the case. I couldn't figure out why so I brought the watch to Mr. Simon. Experience counts. He found the issue, rectified it and when I received the watch back, not only did it "run like a swiss watch", but cosmetically it appeared cleaner. Mr. Simon defines the word professional and hands down, I would trust him with ANY make or model of precision timepiece. His pricing is also more than fair.
