Just moved to area, needed a nail salon. JK Nails was my 3 rd. option. First impression was it's clean! But typical Asian salon. Technicians spoke in English somewhat but would speak their native language ( Vietnamese) usually to each other; this I personally found insulting and rude as one thinks they are talking, gossiping about me! I felt very uncomfortable and not relaxed as you would expect getting a mani pedi and paying $100. plus 20% tip. One occasion the owner had her young girl, early teen, working. She was so rude, disrespectful and walked around as this was above her to be there. At one point I thought she was being forced to work and asked my technician who she was. Her response was, " OWNERS DAUGHTER ". I was astounded! This child had no manners nor respect for others or her mother's business. Second and last occasion was my request was for 10:00 am. Was rudely told come in 11... just that way. We busy! Well I was outside their door as I called and I was the only person there! Treatment of customers are unexceptional and inexcusable! Save your time and money, go somewhere else! I now go to HAPPY NAILS right across the street. read more

I loved going here! The lady was super nice and she did an amazing job! This waa my first set of acrylics ever and they are beautiful.

Only took two hours two get a full set of acrylic nails. But they looked pretty ruff. They had hair in them and the tips weren't completely covered with polish. I have seen them do great, simple, work on other girls. Unfortunately my experience wasn't that great. PLUS my cuticles were BLEEDING at the end. Which I can't stand. read more

I have known the owner of JK Nails for at least 12 years and she has always done a beautiful job on my pedicures and acrylic nails. There are always a NEW variety of colors to choose from. The salon has such a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere where you can actually relax and enjoy the pampering. I usually make an appointment as they tend to be quite busy. I highly recommend! read more

I had high hopes for finding a decent priced nail salon when I stumbled on the reviews for JK Nails. When I walked in, I was barely greeted and there was an overall feeling that my business didn't matter. They weren't friendly and the pedicure was average at best. The massage was short. I realized after I left that the nail polish was too thin (I would have asked for another coat if I had looked more closely)and you could actually see my nail through the burnt orange color. let me start by saying that the minute i stepped foot in there i got mistreated by this individual... johnny and henry i do recommend. very nice, professional and great work on nails. but the wife (owner) is the worst! very rude..... my first time there i had an appt and still had to wait 45 mins and was told very rudely by her to disinfect my hands before trying to look and pick a color...and this last time, which will be my last, i noticed that she in her language told another employee that my engagement ring was "super fake"....... she thought i couldn't understand or hear but i could. my ring is very much real!! its very unfortunate because i really like henry and johnny but the wife (owner) ruined everything. i have seen her arrive 40 mins late with other customers to appointments and not even apologize .. if you happen to use this nail salon i only recommend johnny and henry. read more

Love this place. I don't get a lot of mani/pedi's but I like this place a lot. I think they are very clean and listen to your wants/needs.

Visiting from it out of town and the prices here are just better than California. $25 for a full pedicure, the only reason why I knocked off 1 star was because one of the lady's there was not super polite and it also seemed like they didn't have enough technicians working there that day. All in all a good clean and cheap place, I would go back. read more

For one of the lowest prices in the area, they have the best basic pedicure. Great customer service, nice atmosphere and no hassle.

When I come out here to visit my sister I was coming here and this place sucks! I'm from San Diego California so I know a good nail shop when I see one. This place has THE WORST costumer service, witch normally I can deal with but the fact that they can't even do their job shocks me. They act like they can't understand you or what your asking for. And every single time my nails come out sooo messy and ugly. They never clean up their work they can't shape nails if their lives depended on it their product is obviously old because it the gel polish peels right off after a week. And to top that off they too 3 hours for a fill, 3 HOURS!!!! When I get my nails done in Cali they last a whole month, no exaggeration! Do not recommend this place not even to my 6 year old niece! Just got my nails done and granted it has been a while since I've had acrylics but the young girl was in such a hurry. Dang! My nails still have things hanging off and don't you get like lotion or something for your hands. For $35 I'd think you get a manicure experience. Wanted to stay local but may just have to go somewhere else. Very disappointed :( read more

My sisters and I made a "spur of the moment" decision to do "sister" pedicures. After many attempts to find a salon to accommodate us, we found JK Nails!!! The salon was very clean and professional. This was the absolute WORST pedicure I have ever received and I get bi-weekly pedicures. I paid for the "deluxe" massage ($45) with the promise that the massage time and pedicure would be more than their regular $25 massage - with extended massage time (owner refused to specify time of massage) and would include extra's such as the hot wax, leg scrub etc. The young woman with the tattoo on her left arm by-passed a whole bunch of steps, gave me a crappy leg three fingers "massage" (if you could even call it a massage), didn't apply the extra scrubs and just kept spraying my feet with alcohol - I assume to make me think she was doing something. My friends infant son could do a better job. Seriously. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My friend and I where the ONLY people in here from 6:00-close.. That in its self should speak volumes. read more

The worst customer service ever. The manicurist was looking out the window and gave short answers when I tried to talk small talk. Then she chatted with her co-workers in another language. Glad they were having fun, but in my book that's rude. I am a paying guest and it's your job to make me feel confortable and welcomed. Later, I called and spoke with "the owner" who blame the lack of cuticle work on me, so then that's a subject she should have talked with me about. This place was awful. read more

Had a pedicure that lasted a whopping 15 minutes! So disappointed! The girl doing it kept checking her phone and texting while doing my pedicure. I couldn't believe it. I've normally had good pedicures here, but last time I got the same girl and she cut my foot with the foot scrubber.....and now this time rushed me through the whole thing...when I was the only one in the place! Great pedicure! Foot bath lined for cleanliness. Gentle scraping of foot callous instead of the usual painful sandpaper workout. The right touch on calf massage. A wonderful experience! I'll definitely go back. read more
