Was referred by Gene's and they were a God send to us. It was 5:05 pm and we were concerned wouldn't find anything until the morning, and on a Friday before a holiday weekend at that. Thankfully, they are a 24 hour service. We had a coolant hose that burst. Not a major fix, but enough to stop you in your tracks. Yes, you will pay a minimum 2 hour fee, but that was to be expected. Very polite and helpful dispatcher. Kept in good communication until the very end to check in after the mechanic left. Considering the 2 hour minimum, parts and 10 gallons of coolant the price wasn't out of line. We were back on the road 3 hours later. Saved at least a day out of our vacation. If you're ever near Bakersfield and need a 24 hour repair service Remember Myers. It'll cost you, but it'll save you.

When I walked in to the very large business to pick up my RV, I ended up at a large counter where 5 men on computers and chatting amongst themselves did not acknowledge my existents until after about 3 minutes I interrupted them and asked if this is where I pick up my RV; I was told it was the next building over and apologized for interrupting, although they had no other customers. When I went next door, it was pretty much the same thing, the staff didn't seem to recognize me as a customer and chatted among themselves until one man asked what I was there for? As if he was annoyed that I was standing there for the last 15 minutes. He then went and got the keys and I asked if they would be bringing it up, but was told I had to go get it, which was in the back lined up with the trucks. The business is very impressive with tons of trucks being worked on and Im sure this business is very competent in what they do, but if you expect customer service or any kind of human acknowledgment or personal care, you are in the wrong place. I brought my RV back in June 2019 for a recall and had a great experience. Travis rolled out the red carpet and all staff was extremely helpful. As I have said before, this is an impressive operation with a large amount of diesel truck tractors being worked on; I always feel my RV is in competent hands here.

We had some great guys helping us, then they had to be reassigned to other projects but bottom line is that they finally got my rig up and running, some slight miscommunication made it take longer than it should have BUT Chris Godfrey the shop foreman realized this and when it came time for the bill discounted the extra hours spent. They did not have a bulb in stock so he went to Napa auto parts in town, which was closed, but he had a key, to try to find a bulb that would fit. The bulb that he brought back was not the correct one so he contacted the owner of Napa auto parts and the owner actually came down to the shop, found the correct bulb, brought it to Okies, and our mechanic installed the bulb. It was a team effort by all the mechanics at Okies and Napa auto parts who got us on our way safely. We really appreciated their time and effort and it was a very fair price. Unbelievable!!

HUGEEE shoutout to Wade, our savior…read more If you're stuck on the side of the highway and reading this, call Lebec! Also, check your tire for a nail. If the nail is positioned on the flat/bottom side of the tire (and NOT the side), then you can get it patched instead of looking for a replacement, this will open up your options for service. We were stuck on the side of the 5 with a flat on Thursday a couple hours before sundown. AAA is useless (they don't bring tires, do tire changes, patches, only tow your car where you tell them), and all the tire repair places around the "area" (which was the middle of nowhere) were closed either due to their business hours or covid, except for Lebec Road Service! We were desperate to get home to NorCal for an important family event the following day and needed immediate roadside service. Everywhere we called from Santa Clarita to Bakersfield, nobody carried a tire in the same size as our Tesla Model 3. Lebec Road Service had a used Tesla Model 3 tire THANKFULLY!! they were fast to answer calls, had great communication, and checked their tire stock fairly quickly. They had dispatched their repairman out to save us. It was 1 hour of anxious waiting in the car between our call to Lebec til Wade pulled up in a giant truck behind us, but definitely WORTH THE WAIT. After some inspection, Wade thought patching up our current tire was better for us than replacing it. He did the work on the side of the highway in the dark, it took 1 hour. However, the column moved loosely, and the car would not go into gear. I had called some other mechanics who said they were too busy, didn't want to go, or told me they would help me in the morning.
