The menu had plenty of options from chicken, burgers, chops and pastas. The drink menu was pretty decent. We order the tomahawk chop which came with mashed and green beans, and I order an extra side which was Mac and cheese. And kid had the plain wings with fries. We both enjoyed our food. The chop was huge and I can barely finish it! Also ordered a drink called the grand cognac it was pretty decent. Our server named was Tanaya. She was great! Made personal suggestions of her faves and took great care of us. Keep my cup filled and plenty napkins. Haha! Seemed small but even the smallest things makes a difference. The place seemed hip and very known. They had regulars they came and left and it was just a nice little vibe. Music was perfect and not much of a crowd that early during the day which I often enjoy the most. Check em out!

What they did have is pretty good burgers, onion rings, drinks, karaoke, trivia and hookah??? Yeah the place had a lot going on and the basement area is clearly used for a club like vibe. The prices are steep for the area but I can see with all they are offering they are tying to balance a lot.

It's been over an hour and I'm now waiting in the car on a not so busy Tuesday night, for my husband to wait for our food, still...... it was pierogi, a sandwich and coleslaw. Not even a well done porterhouse takes this long . Not only that, the staff did not apologize, did not offer something for waiting an hour (not since our arrival, but since we ordered food). Don't come here in a hurry. We won't be back . A nice tip, pierogi shouldn't take an hour or look like they been swimming in a deep fryer that hasn't been cleaned for a month. Also put your fried foods in paper bags instead of styrofoam wrapped in cellophane to keep the oil spill from leaking out ! It Keeps things crisp, costs less, and is better for the environment.

The takeout bag is tied closed, so there's really no practical way to check the order before leaving. When I called to report the missing items, I was told that because the tortillas are complimentary, there was nothing they could do about them, and since the cheese is only a $1 charge, I would receive a $1 credit. I understand mistakes happen, but the response was disappointing. The issue isn't the $1--it's receiving an incomplete meal and being offered virtually no resolution for it

What impressed me most, however, was the hospitality. From the young man who opened the door, to the gentleman operating the elevator, to our wonderful waitress, Kyla, everyone was pleasant, professional, and welcoming. The dining room was beautiful, the oversized chairs were comfortable, and the view overlooking Dolton and the Bishop Ford was relaxing. We felt genuinely welcomed. This is what supporting Black-owned businesses is about--recognizing excellence, investing in our communities, and celebrating businesses that are doing something RIGHT!

My aunt and I are big on supporting Blacked Owned Businesses. Today was our first time visiting this establishment. When we arrived, the lady at the door escorted us to the elevator. I was feeling the graffiti inspired art. When we arrived to main floor, the staff greeted us . We were the first customers. I admit, the ambiance was nice. Out waitress Lyric was really nice and attentive. We all ordered the Creole Fried Catfish. They have a nice menu selection. I admit the food was good. Fish fried to perfection, the creole sauce was at first a little off putting but the more I tasted, the flavor was even more delicious. The rice was everything! Although, this establishment did faced a rocky opening with all the views and the unfair controversy in its beginning stages of being a new restaurant , they definitely did not disappoint. I admit. I was impressed.

It started at 7pm. I arrived closer to 8pm. There were people there, and as the hour progressed more and more people showed up. I assumed the singing and such would have started on time. But when I left after 9pm... no singing had begun. When Inarrived a server asked did I want a menu, I said yes. But she never returned. So I sat drink less, food less. This making up in my mind I wouldnt be staying long. The place was rather spacious, clean, looked like a good time would be had(on another occassion). I actually want to go back one day and have SOME SORT of experience. It was a cozy spot. Pizza and wings. People were complaining about their drinks... but it was nothing I could personally give a tip or judgment on or about... no one ever served me. *shrug*

Bartenders are frickin' awesome, and hook you up right. The beer is always cold and the mixed drinks are normally on point, sometimes a bit strong though but, who minds THAT? Food to get: Irish Nachos - Ho-Ly Jesus, talk about a loaded plate! Feeds at least 2 people. Pizza - one size one price 14" for $10.00 and pretty darn good. Jack Burger or Mini's - 'tis tasty, hot, juicy and delicious. What's cool: Svedka Pitchers - they're all good flavored pitchers but the lemonade one's my fave. Trivia on Mondays - always a decent crowd gettin' their knowledge on. Stuff to do: Pool (billiards if you prefer), Darts, Karaoke on occasion too. Aww man...: This may be a "woohoo" for some(not I). It's Illinois so you gotta smoke OUTSIDE. Mens room... meh, it's a mens room, it's kinda dirty(ish) but has soap 'n water. Beer - yup... this bar has beer. Needs to add some local brews though, just sayin' This bar is kinda like Cheers... become a regular and it's "Where everybody knows your name..." except that one guy...
