I heard of this spa on Tik Tok. It's near my hair salon so i decided to check it out today. I had the most amazing Swedish massage with Lisa . I felt so much better afterwards. The place is quiet, clean, relaxing and no frills. The price is amazing for the quality. An hour Swedish massage is only $70. Lisa was fantastic. This is a no frills spot but honestly it's one of the best massages I've ever had. She was so intentional in making sure knots were managed and out and the muscles relaxed. Solid massage spot in Murray hill. They are very nice. They will change the massage based on your preference and they ask for feedback. I have found the massages get better the better as I continue to use the same masseuse. It will not be the best massage but I do always leave feeling more relaxed. The reflexology is great as well. I went to bring my best friend some lunch today. I had some time to kill before she was done for the day. So I checked Yelp to see what was around and I found this spa, it's just half a block away from where my friend works, perfect! I had walked around so much in the morning that my legs were throbbing. I buzzed the doorbell labeled "spa" and went up the stairs. I settled for a 30 min reflexology and 15 min shoulder rub. We went into a private room and she told me I could keep all my clothes on and to lay face down on the massage table. The front desk lady massaged my shoulders first. She did such a great job that I actually fell asleep! Then she had me flip over and covered me with a light blanket. After that, I believe a male therapist came in and did my feet. Again, it felt so great, I knocked out. When he was done he mumbled something so that's when I knew it was a different person. I was charged $35 for the 45 minute treatment and it was worth every penny! I told my friend about it afterwards and she will be heading there soon! read more

Massage: Found this place on Yelp for reflexology with pretty high rating and since my feet are killing me after a few weeks of walking around in heeled boots I decided I needed to give it a go! $35 for a 45 minute foot massage. The massage was GREAT!! I have found a lot of affordable places in the city for reflexology is a light pressure food rub but this was divine! They have a real understanding of pressure points and even focused are areas I was experiencing the most pain. At the end of the 45 minutes I felt divine and wanted to go back the next day! Space: The space is very easy to find and the door is always locked which I appreciate (safety lol) The massage chairs are big and comfy and the space was extremely clean. They put down several white towels before I put my feet down, washed hands, etc. Staff: Staff was really great and kind. My masseuse did a great job of listening to my areas of extreme pain and didnt watch the clock like most quick massages do! If your thinking about trying it out go do it! read more

This is a small hidden gem that I stumbled upon in the Murray hill/kips Bay area. I had a 60 minute couples massage that was wonderful. The female massage therapist was so thorough and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The pricing is extremely fair and the staff is friendly. The spa is so clean with the freshest sheets. Made reservations online for two 60 min foot massages. They confirmed the day before via text and email. We showed up a few min early and got settled in the chairs. They have little pillows to provide lumbar support while being semi-reclined which are great! One gentleman got our feet soaking right away. Initially there was only one person there but a second showed up right around the time our appt was supposed to start. The massages were so good, so relaxing, just enough pressure, very thorough. The only negative was that my therapist was the only one working at the time so my massage was interrupted by her answering the phone 2x. Not her fault but not ideal either. This is definitely a hidden gem in the Gramercy Area. The space was very quiet and super clean. I went for the 60 minute body massage and 30 minute foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent technique of the female massage therapist who manages to keep an even steady pressure throughout the entire massage while knowing where to apply more pressure and when to ease up with more flowing movements. I was so relaxed after 30 minutes in to the body massage that at times I half fell asleep. The foot massage was also top notch and helped release a lot of pressure in my feet and legs from walking around all day. I felt like a new man and will definitely be back. I popped in for a full body hot stone massage. The man behind the counter told me it cost $16 more than advertised on the sign outside. He did not speak any english so I could not communicate this to him. I decided to accept the extra cost anyway. On top of that, I was waiting in the massage room for 20 minutes before anyone showed up. Over the next few days after the massage I found out a nerve in my left leg was pinched and suffered from numbing, shooting pains. My experience could not have been worse. They overcharge, keep you waiting, and clearly don't know what they're doing. You cannot even guide them or give them directions since they don't speak any english. Do yourself a favor and go to a more professional place. read more
