Dr Wagnen, your videos are really informative and motivational but I wish you still treated…read morepatients yourself. My personal experience with Dr. Amy Harding was extremely disappointing after being so hopeful. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment said that even though you don't see patients, all providers work together to solve complex patient situations. My appointment with Amy was shorter than told and she was extremely dismissive and told me to buy a book and read it and join a facebook support group. No treatment plan, no critical thinking about my symptoms and how I feel super ill every day. Hundreds of dollars wasted and for a practice that's supposed to have a high success rate (your receptionist told me 80%). When I asked if I could see another provider to get a second opinion I was told changing providers was not allowed and I had to stick with Amy. Expect now all of a sudden she knew exactly what I had and I have to purchase a treatment plan and spend thousand dollars to buy a bundle deal as opposed to buying for each visit like I was previously told. Seems like this place is run more like a big business scam and not a not a compassionate healthcare facility that wants to heal patients so they don't have to continue coming back and spending money. My opinion to anyone considering this practice is to save yourself time and money and find another specialist.

All the nurses really helped explain with visually showing us how the babies numbers were trending. A couple of the nurses even called us at home to share the overnight news. Finally 2 months later I need a ct scan back at this hospital. They gave me bad information saying I needed approval from workman competition. Cause, I tried to contact them. After 1 and a half hours I tried calling sweedish edmonds and being on hold I gave up. I found out they gave me false information about getting a CT scan I should have received in the first place. I was told I needed approval from my claims manager. False. I was told that they would contact her and put a urgent request. I finally called my claims manager and she had no contact from them. It has been 2 months since my ribs were broken. I didn't want to but it's time to get a lawyer involved! So sad they lost any compassion for people that have never experienced this injury.
