They recommended I use Suflave over Gavilyte even though it cost $50 and yes indeed it was an easier prep. Upon arrival at the office, I requested that the check-in person Kateri double check that I was both covered by my insurance and they'd received my referral and she graciously confirmed. The nurse who did my IV, Puja, did a skilled job and was friendly. Ian, my anesthesiologist, patiently answered questions and explained propofol. Dr Sooklal, was also approachable, yet professional. And finally my nurse, Maryann was so kind as I was taking my time getting ready and she went over my results thoroughly. I felt very cared for and 12 hours later I am just fine. They are a great team and worked well together, and I would definitely recommend them for this procedure!

My personal experience with Dr. Amy Harding was extremely disappointing after being so hopeful. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment said that even though you don't see patients, all providers work together to solve complex patient situations. My appointment with Amy was shorter than told and she was extremely dismissive and told me to buy a book and read it and join a facebook support group. No treatment plan, no critical thinking about my symptoms and how I feel super ill every day. Hundreds of dollars wasted and for a practice that's supposed to have a high success rate (your receptionist told me 80%). When I asked if I could see another provider to get a second opinion I was told changing providers was not allowed and I had to stick with Amy. Expect now all of a sudden she knew exactly what I had and I have to purchase a treatment plan and spend thousand dollars to buy a bundle deal as opposed to buying for each visit like I was previously told. Seems like this place is run more like a big business scam and not a not a compassionate healthcare facility that wants to heal patients so they don't have to continue coming back and spending money. My opinion to anyone considering this practice is to save yourself time and money and find another specialist.
