Not very happy with the hygienist. Don't you hate it when somebody ask you a question. And then they practically tell you shush. Then why bother talking? I was not crazy about this session. I don't think I'll be back for a cleaning. I think I'll look for someone else that does cleanings. Hopefully with modern equipment and not the old hammer and chisel. And maybe they'll brush up on their people skills. Don't ask somebody a question and then shush them immediately. I didn't take it well. Not sure if others would. But I made it through. The pandemic has left me unable to deal with some people. My patience is thin. read more

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Jin on behalf of my mother to explore the possibility of implants for her. Our interactions with Dr. Jin were great. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. Dr. Jin was very patient with my mother and me, as I had to translate the procedure into our native language. He is one of the few medical professionals that I have been to who gives a hoot. There is nothing lax or casual about the environment. Everything is cleaned and polished to a T. The waiting room is perfectly appointed to accommodate your wait while the service areas are nothing but immaculate and orderly. Bottom line, this man is fully dedicated to his profession. Dr Kim and his staff at the Diamond Bar office are professional, friendly, thorough and everything I would look for in a place that is going to drill into your jawbone and implant metal in your mouth for life. To me it's like getting laser eye surgery, don't go to the guy who gives you a 2 for 1 special, go to the guy who has the most experience and trains other doctors/dentists in how to do the procedure. I waited to provide my review until after a good portion of work has been done. I was referred to Dr Kim a couple of years ago and since then have had a couple of implants and laser work on my gums. Each time Dr Kim has explained the procedures and options thoroughly and I feel honestly and he explains things along the way during the procedure which is helpful and reassuring when all I can do is listen to the major work being done. Jewel the office manager explains the finances thoroughly and honestly. Alexis and the other staff are super nice and helpful as well. The office is up to date and clean. However the biggest reason I come back is that I trust their dental judgement and they do their best to make it as pleasant of an experience despite the nature of the work. read more

Came here by recommendation for my gum infection and bone loss while pregnant. I was impressed by how clean and cozy their clinic is. His staff are friendly and very professional. They also send you a text reminders of your next appointment. Dr. Kim was really careful of me because of my pregnancy situation and he explains everything thoroughly to have a better understanding of what's really going on in my mouth. He's also very soft spoken that adds relief. I love love love his dental hygienist, Mona who did my cleaning. I've had an issue with my upper left molar for quite some time and have had deep cleanings from a couple of dental hygienists in the past, but Mona was the only one who went far deep down my gum line and was really able to scrape off all the bacteria build-up that others didn't bother cleaning. Now that's dedication right there! I may have given her a "workout" like she said, but she's given me massive results that I've been looking for for years. Total fresh breath!
