I came for an evaluation of a loose molar, which Dr. Li said sadly, must be taken out. After that part, their administrative staff also gone over with me necessary treatments, and how the implant installation works per step, and also how the insurance, and my own payment, will cover it. They also advised me the amount of possible pain for each step, which to me, was tolerable. Even though my general dentist only noted the loose molar, and referred me to the periodontist, Dr. Li also recommended additional work in other areas once the molar implant is done. It shows me she cares more about her patients' dental health than general dentists. I do look forward for my implant result, and work on the other areas as well.

They billed my dental insurance claiming my daughter had her teeth cleaned. A year later, I didn't know they would try this tactic again. I received a letter from my dental insurance stating that this dental office had billed them for a procedure that they "claimed" they had performed on my daughter. Luckily the claim was denied by my insurance because their office couldn't provide any proof to why my daughter needed that procedure done and because my insurance checked my daughter's dental records and found that my daughter doesn't have those "injury issues" they claimed my daughter has. Tbh, this can be considered a form of identity theft! I can't believe a dental practice would stoop to this level just to make some money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience as a new patient at this dental office…read more I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment. After arriving, I completed all of the new-patient paperwork and waited. By around 10:40, I was still sitting in the waiting area without being called, while another patient who arrived after me had already been taken back. I finally went to the front desk and asked how much longer I would need to wait. That was when I was told that their internet was down and they could not take X-rays. What bothered me was not that the internet went down--technical problems happen--but that no one informed me when I arrived or while I was waiting. I had to ask after waiting approximately 30 minutes. When I asked what I was supposed to do, I was essentially told, "It's up to you." I then had to ask whether the doctor would even be able to see me without the X-rays. I did not receive a clear plan, an estimated wait time, an offer to reschedule, or an apology for the delay. Another thing that surprised me was the environment in the office. There was a very young infant being held and a toddler moving around the office. The woman caring for the infant was involved in my conversation about the delay. When I asked her name, I was surprised to learn that she was Dr. Yolanda, the dentist I was scheduled to see. Until that point, she did not appear to know that I was her 10:00 a.m. patient. I completely understand that childcare situations and technical problems can happen, and I do not feel it would be fair for me to comment on Dr. Yolanda's dental skills because I ultimately did not receive an examination or treatment. However, as a new patient, the lack of communication, organization, and acknowledgment of the long wait made me uncomfortable proceeding with care. I eventually decided to leave without being seen. I hope this was simply an unusually difficult day for the office, but unfortunately, it did not give me the confidence I was looking for when choosing a new dentist.

The office clearly told me that the cost would be from $20,000 to $25,000. I clearly told them that the money would be hard for me but I would squeeze to do it. I also told them that it was about an hour and a half drive for me each way. Well, I got to the office, and of course, they said some misunderstanding and the cost is about $50,000. Well, the truth is, there was no misunderstanding because I was very clear several times to avoid this problem and his staff was just were not truthful with me. Be aware, no matter what they say the cost for the full mouth will be at least $50,000. Even if I could come up with that much money I need to trust what my doctor tells me, how could I now?

In 2001 Dr. Ling became Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Dr. Ling is a consultant to several dental manufacturers, and frequently speaks at national meetings and study groups. His most recent lecture was given at an international implant meeting in Shanghai, China. While at Harvard and at UCLA, Dr. Ling was involved with research in anti-microbial therapy in periodontics and non-surgical therapy which have won him awards and resulted in scientific publications in several dental journals. Dr. Ling limits his clinical practice to surgical and conservative periodontics, periodontal plastic surgery, soft and hard tissue reconstructive surgery, and surgical aspects of dental implants. They, along with Dr. Dang, recommended several options, some more invasive than others, and presented them in such detail that allowed me to make a comfortable and informed decision on my own. I'm happy to have found an ortho office not only close to home, but that has friendly and competent employees that care about their work. Went in today to have a consultation about my concerns of my top teeth having uneven ridges. When I got braces earlier in my life, the bottom bracket grind my top front tooth uneven and it bothered me for years. I thought composite bonding would be the best solution. Dr. Lee instead recommended shaving down the teeth for more reliable and easier solution that achieved more long term results (composite could chip or yellow over time). I agreed to shave down 6 teeth for a balanced result, which I was happy with because my super sharp canines had also been bothering me. They worked with me financially and offered a good discount to make sure I did all the teeth together for the best result. They always go over pricing and are very transparent before any type of treatment, which is very appreciated. Dr. Lee cared about my opinion and even asked if I had preference for the tooth shape. I'm very very pleased with the result. They run a great office here. If your insurance is accepted here, look nowhere else!
