That completely changed after seeing Dr. Choi. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and cared for. Dr. Choi is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was the individualized approach to dental care. Dr. Choi made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often, which helped me feel at ease. For the first time in a long time, I felt confident and relaxed in the dental chair. This dental practice has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and I'm so grateful. I appreciate how the dental team is professional, friendly, and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and the dental team to everyone!

I've been coming here since March of 2021. So far, I am satisfied with their periodontal treatment…read more Appointments were fairly easy to make, since they were willing to see me within the week, compared to a couple of months out with other periodontists. I came for an evaluation of a loose molar, which Dr. Li said sadly, must be taken out. After that part, their administrative staff also gone over with me necessary treatments, and how the implant installation works per step, and also how the insurance, and my own payment, will cover it. They also advised me the amount of possible pain for each step, which to me, was tolerable. Even though my general dentist only noted the loose molar, and referred me to the periodontist, Dr. Li also recommended additional work in other areas once the molar implant is done. It shows me she cares more about her patients' dental health than general dentists. I do look forward for my implant result, and work on the other areas as well.

Bad Experience at This Dental Clinic…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic and feel it is important to share it so other patients are aware. 1. I had a dental implant done at this clinic, but it later had to be removed due to severe pain. I do not feel that the potential risks or complications were clearly explained beforehand. The entire experience was very painful and frightening. 2. The clinic was out of my insurance network, but this was not clearly communicated when I called to make the appointment. Instead, I was only told about the financial details after I had already arrived and was seated in the clinic. Patients should be informed about insurance status before the appointment so they can make an informed decision. 3. I was charged additional money for a very simple procedure (just placing a loose crown back in position). The cost felt unreasonable for such a minor treatment. 4. A full-mouth X-ray was taken even though it did not seem necessary in my situation, which resulted in additional radiation exposure and extra cost. 5. The financial staff member provided an explanation about the charges after I sit in the exam chair. the discussion felt somewhat forceful and made me uncomfortable. It did not feel like there was much room for open conversation. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding insurance, costs, and treatment decisions made this experience very frustrating. I believe patients deserve clear information before treatment so they can make informed choices about their care.

To be completely honest, I had avoided going to the dentist for much longer than I care to admit. Like a lot of people, I had some deep-rooted anxiety around dental visits--past experiences had left me feeling judged, uncomfortable, and even a little ashamed. So when I finally decided I had to get my dental health back on track, I did a lot of research and read a ton of reviews before making the leap. That's how I found Dr. Nazari--and thank God I did. From the moment I called to make the appointment, the experience felt different. The front desk staff was so understanding and patient when I explained I hadn't been in a while and was a little nervous. They didn't make me feel bad or awkward about it at all--instead, they reassured me that I wasn't the only one and that they'd help me through it step by step. When I arrived for my visit I was so nervous but the warm, calm energy of the office--and the incredibly kind dental assistant who greeted me--really helped put me at ease. They walked me through everything in advance, checked in with me constantly, and even let me take breaks when I needed to. Dr. Nazari himself was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. He explained things in a way that felt clear but never overwhelming, and you could just feel that he genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as possible. I especially appreciated his attention to detail in prepping my root canals for temporary and permanent crowns. He took the time to get everything just right, carefully preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible while ensuring a precise fit and seamless, natural-looking aesthetics. And it wasn't just about the procedures. I had a lot of work that needed to be done--some of it overdue and complicated--but they never made me feel bad about it. Instead, they worked with me to come up with a treatment plan that was manageable in stages, both physically and financially. They took the time to help me understand my insurance coverage and even helped with scheduling so I could fit things into my already hectic schedule as a Mom of five. But what really sealed the deal for me--and proved just how exceptional this practice is--was when my young daughter had an accident and fell, nearly knocking one of her permanent front teeth completely out. Dr. Nazari saw her right away, calmly and gently examined her and was able to save the tooth. He talked us through everything, gave her the kindest care. I will never forget how they treated us--with urgency, compassion, and real heart. The level of care, kindness, and patience I received at Dental Arts Practice went so far beyond what I expected. Every single person I've interacted with there--from Marie at the front desk to the hygienists and to Dr. Nazari himself--has been nothing short of outstanding. If you've been putting off dental work because you're scared, overwhelmed, or worried about being judged, please give this place a chance. I feel safe, supported, and empowered to take care of my health without fear--and that's all thanks to Dr. Nazari and his amazing team. Five stars. If I could give more, I would. We will be transitioning our whole family over here. It's such a relief to find someone who we can trust.

I spoke…read moreto Sandra and two others in this office and his other office about a full top and bottom denture and wanted the approximate cost for the treatment (all on 4 top and bottom). The office clearly told me that the cost would be from $20,000 to $25,000. I clearly told them that the money would be hard for me but I would squeeze to do it. I also told them that it was about an hour and a half drive for me each way. Well, I got to the office, and of course, they said some misunderstanding and the cost is about $50,000. Well, the truth is, there was no misunderstanding because I was very clear several times to avoid this problem and his staff was just were not truthful with me. Be aware, no matter what they say the cost for the full mouth will be at least $50,000. Even if I could come up with that much money I need to trust what my doctor tells me, how could I now?
