I'd recommend you get a full detail on the car through them. once you get a full detail, come back once or every two weeks to get the gold detail package ($2 off coupon on their websites. and you'll have a consistent clean car that you will be happy with. from reading the reviews, it seems like people expect a way more than what they're paying for. If there are something you are concerned with. El Estero is always very accommodating.

Second time coming to this place. First time no good, thought I give them another chance. Got the…read moresilver package..nothing special. I just needed my car washed and vacuumed. Car came out, I was watching them wipe it down.. then they said my car was ready.. I looked inside.. nothing was vacuumed! I picked up all four of my mats and put it on the seats to show them.. management came out to check.. I'm sure he was furious too! He told me to wait again, and took my car in for a second cleaning/vacuuming.. I was on my lunch break, this was a total inconvenience and time consuming! If the job was done right the first time.. no one's time would've been wasted! The time and effort that their employees put into this sucks. My advice for the businesses: have management come out and inspect vehicle and approving it before taking customers' money/letting customers drive off the lot. So many workers, but quality of work needs improvement. This could be a management issue.

He matched the paint perfectly. You can't even tell that it was repaired. I take pride in my classic 2000 Monte Carl because it looks like it came off the showroom floor. Thanks to Jim. He was able to repair the damage with tremendous detail and keep it classic. I will always bring my cars to Jim's detail shop. He also tinted my windows. Another excellent job well done. Thank you, Jim for your good work and fair price!!!

If you're looking for a qualified, experienced auto detailing and auto stereo guy, Jim Alconaba…read moreshould probably be on your list, but if you're considering any significant auto body repair or paint work, you'd be well advised to look elsewhere. Jim did a very minor body repair job for me over ten years ago, and I stayed in touch with him since then. In 2023, I asked him if he could repaint my car roof top. He said with confidence that he could, and quoted me $1,500. I didn't think to get another quote, as the price seemed reasonable and I'd had previous business dealings with him. My car roof had pretty significant "bubbling" with underlying rust along the front edge of the roof where the roof meets the top of the windshield. There were also some other areas on the roof with scratch marks. Jim's pretty much a " one man show" who shares space in an industrial tilt-up style building. There is no formal paint room with special lighting etc. His brother wound up doing the work, which took a bit longer than originally stated since he wound up doing some additional work (new headlight assemblies, a roof rack trim cover, plus labor) for which he did get my prior approval. The final bill was close to $2,200 which was paid in full. The finished job looked great; however, the "bubbling" has recently reappeared. The job was apparently not done correctly the first time, or the problem would not have resurfaced. I'm now having to spend an additional $300.00 to $400.00 to have the entire edge done over, this time by a qualified, experienced local paint and auto body company, well staffed with the necessary resources and facilities. In summary, Jim's a good guy who is well intentioned and who does quality work in detailing and car stereo installation, but on larger jobs his resources and capabilities are stretched a bit thin, which in my case, led to a less than desirable outcome. Lesson learned.
