I was given multiple scheduled dates for the work to start, and each time there was a no-show. Eventually, communication stopped entirely. The work was never completed, and my money was not returned. After repeated attempts to resolve this directly, I researched further and reviewed publicly available court records related to the individual operating the business, Timo Ditscher. I found one civil case related to this matter, which does not appear when searching his name directly and instead must be found by searching the plaintiff's name (Jeffrey Kramer). I also found publicly available criminal convictions on record, which raised additional concerns for me as a consumer. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared so others can make an informed decision. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious with upfront payments.

The cons: Definite breakdown in communication between the employees and also with their suppliers. We ended up having to reschedule numerous times over the course of several weeks due to failed communication and issues with orders not arriving on time. The pros: Nicole was the star of the show. Due to the miscommunications on several occasions, I had to contact Nicole several times to follow up or reschedule. Nicole was responsive and professional regardless of whether she was in the office or not (happened a few times). She was their saving grace, to be honest. I would normally not have stuck around after the third reschedule. The installers were all extremely kind and professional and did their jobs very well. All in all, we understand that businesses are having to make adjustments due to closures that may impact business. The Truth is that many of the issues that came up in coordinating the installs could have been avoided with better communication.
