When I dropped off the template, one pane of glass had already been cut based on my written description & a follow-up phone call, they were a perfect match! Tlod me that would try to get back out that afternoon. So I wait until 4pm to call and they tell me someone will be out sometime the next day. So, getting pissed, I ask if they really expect me to miss two days work waiting on them. The lady told me they call with a 15 minute notice. As if, we all work in a place that close let alone being able to get off work that fast. They are again, one of many central Texas businesses with low work ethics and no quality to their services at the price they charge. A hard no on quality, price and service.
