The most ridiculous thing, however, was they put all the drywall dust and debris IN MY BATHTUB! THEN to top it all off, I noticed there was a scratch on my large mirror where they'd put the brace on!

The shop was easy to find, the hours are great. You'll find several types of glass samples on display in the showroom, glass cuts, colors and textures that I hadn't even imagined. There is a friendly cat in the showroom area, in case you're a cat person. It's ok if he walks out the door with you, he knows his way around. When I dropped off the template, one pane of glass had already been cut based on my written description & a follow-up phone call, they were a perfect match! My glass panes were cut to order, completed in about a week, and came out perfectly. My next order will be for a few sheets of plexiglass, you know I'll be calling Temple Glass & Mirror first! I was given multiple scheduled dates for the work to start, and each time there was a no-show. Eventually, communication stopped entirely. The work was never completed, and my money was not returned. After repeated attempts to resolve this directly, I researched further and reviewed publicly available court records related to the individual operating the business, Timo Ditscher. I found one civil case related to this matter, which does not appear when searching his name directly and instead must be found by searching the plaintiff's name (Jeffrey Kramer). I also found publicly available criminal convictions on record, which raised additional concerns for me as a consumer. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared so others can make an informed decision. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious with upfront payments.
