Crawfish could have used a little more spice but not bad at all. Snow crab were great. They also have Jonah crab but I don't eat those. Full seafood buffet on Saturday and if you don't want to wait too long, get there an hour before and join the waitlist on their website. Worth a drive down. Instead of apologizing or replacing the meal, she offered a $1.99 discount on a plate that cost over $25. As a former restaurant manager myself, I know how situations like this should be handled--with care, professionalism, and at the very least a sincere apology. The manager, Kaylan, was rude and didn't even remove the plate from our table. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, we won't be returning. UPDATE: The General Manager Joshua Spell made the matter right with a sincere apology letter and gift card, and reassured us that the manager who attended to the matter that night would be trained on how to handle the situation better in the future. I agreed it was a learning experience and was very grateful for the way Josh made it right. Thank yo adn we will give Fezzo's another shot.

I arrived closer to closing, and was surprised to see that they kept all the items out and fresh all the way until closing. I went back several times and was truly satisfied.
