( not easily accessible in the garage) . Well, I was in for the best surprise ever! They barely use any water to clean the outside and yet it is way cleaner than any other car wash I have ever used. If you are looking for a kind, efficient, professional car detail team that is just really good at their job, well your search is over! :) I will be using Juan's services again and will recommend to all my friends in the bay area! Wow, I really should have checked Yelp…read more I really wish I had checked Yelp first before booking this company nearly two weeks prior to the move date. It's now three days prior to the move date and I'm going to have to push the date because the Muscle crew has Hustled on out of contact completely. Just completely stopped responding three days prior to the move. I guess the silver lining is that it sounds like, from other reviewers, I would have been treated to more unpleasantness had I actually let them pick up the load and take possession. I guess I'm glad I got away from them when I did. Hustle & Muscle? No, more like Hassle & Sussle

We had a snag with truck size, our fault for not ordering the right size, but they didn't make us feel bad, and we came up with a good solution. One item was damaged, but Jamal worked out compensation administratively. I did have to contact him several times, but I believe a new office manager is taking on things to help so things go smoother. I would recommend!

I've used Wolfe's for my Passat on and off for the past 7 years and generally had good experiences…read more However, back in December 2024, I had some work done here, and during a recent oil change I performed myself, I noticed the plastic splash shield under the car was missing. I called to ask about it, and they said they weren't sure what happened -- and added that they shouldn't have needed to remove the shield in the first place. The part is only about $100 (plus a $38 bolt kit), but it doesn't just fall off, and I know for sure it was on the car when I dropped it off. While mistakes can happen, this one wasn't caught or communicated -- and now I'm left replacing a part that shouldn't have been touched. Bottom line: inspect the work and make sure all your parts are still there afterward. Wolfe's had a good track record with me before, but unfortunately, I can't come back after this.
