Pete came to my home to inspect and quote the job. He was so professional, considerate and kind. He looked over my panel and my homes electrical needs and he wondered why my insurance company would require this change. He didn't see a need for the upgrade under my current circumstances. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. Although I ended up not doing business with Pete's company, I am thankful for how he handled this. I never felt any pressure from him to do this job. Amazing!!!! I had an unusual project,…read morewhich involved installing as additional bath room exhaust fan that would have the duct connect to the main duct line that already ran to the outside of our unit. The end goal was to have 2 bathroom exhaust fans have their duct lines meet with a Y-connector and avoid having 2 separate duct lines travel to outside the unit. Alex is a natural problem solver and thought of a solution that would be minimally invasive. He was able to complete the job without cutting out holes into the walls, which would have required patching and painting. The new exhaust fan also had a humidity sensor switch installed, which is a very useful feature. Alex made sure to keep the work area clean by covering the floors and surfaces with plastic or blankets. He kept me informed throughout the project to ensure things were looking good and made sure to consult me on any decisions that needed to be made regarding the configuration of light switches. After the work was completed, he cleaned up the bathroom work area so there was not any mess left behind. Alex is professional, courteous, and accommodating. He wants to make sure he can achieve the client's end goal and does not only make recommendations based on what is easiest for him to complete in the quickest amount of time.
