The quote was presented quickly after an in person review. The project included an entire first floor and basement, partial garage, under the porch, and exterior debris around the home. The team of 4 - 5 people were attentive in reviewing each room/area, courteous, polite, professional, respectful, and hardworking. It was obvious that the team knew their business and worked well together. The crew was on time and finished quicker than the estimated time. The company was referred to us and was the most responsive of the 3 companies we requested quotes from. They were very reasonably priced and at the completion of the job, charged as estimated. We highly recommend Lu and his team, we would hire them again in a heart beat. Suzanne L.

Instead of carrying items down the stairs they chose to throw bags of trash and small furniture items over the porch which opened up and left trash all over the lawn and walkway. I spoke to the worker who was receiving the throw items over the porch and wanted to make sure that everything that had broken open would be cleaned up. He assured it would be. However this was not the case and myself and my husband spent over an hour cleaning up a mess that we did not create. This was completely unprofessional and a total disrepect of our property. I would never use them and would hope that others would read this review and think twice before hiring them.
