Always a wonderful experience friendly staff Nd great food. My local lunch spot. Recommend

I am a regular at this Jimmy John's, it's literally down the street. Every time I order from here the food and bread are always good. I normally order on the app for pickup. The service is great. The staff is friendly and always has my order correct read more

Great overall experience from the moment I walked in til I finished my meal! The sweet girl that took my order made was knowledgeable and made sure everything was correct. Got my food pretty quick, and it's was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this location! Fantastic customer service, even better sandwiches! read more

We were craving sandwiches and Jimmy John's is pretty consistent in terms of meeting expectations. We ordered take out for lunch last Friday around noon, there were several people working and our order was ready quickly. Restaurant was clean. I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar on a whim as it sounded delicious, but it was a snot disappointing when I went to eat it and it was missing the crunchy onions - I also should've added hot peppers as it was bit bland. I love the chips, the kettle cooked chips are thick and full of flavor. We'll be back, but I'll likely just stick with a regular roast beef sandwich next time. Plenty of parking in a shared lot out front and full lot out back. read more

Dude butchered my sandwhich when I opened it the cheese wasn't even in the bread, and forgot my Jimmy peppers, and put like 2 pickles. Sloppy mess. Terrible. Saddest part is these sandwhichs aren't cheap, and the Jimmy peppers are the best part. Do better. read more

Easily the dirtiest location I've ever been to. There's a smell when you walk in the door. I regret not turning around and walking right back out... read more

I love Jimmy John's, but this specific location needs to be avoided at all cost. This is the 3rd time I have given this location a chance, and yet again they failed miserably. 1st attempt: forgot the mayo and oil/vinegar. Bread was obviously old as well. I could choke down about half of the #9 before I had to throw it away. 2nd attempt: got the #9 (this is my go to). The sandwich had a smell to it and the meat looked slimy, but I did notice this until 2 bites in. Threw it away after that. Ended up with food poisoning like symptoms that I am pretty sure were due to this. 3rd (and absolutely final) attempt: ordered #9. Was basically ignored while I was there. Customer behind me got their sandwich before me. (Yes I only had 1 sandwich). Got half way home and noticed they forgot the peppers. Drove back and got the peppers. Got home and yet again the meat was slimy/smelly and the bread was old, after one half-bite, I immediately remembered the awful taste from last time and threw it away. The Jimmy John's off of Renner in Garland, the one in Plano off Jupiter, basically every other JJs have been great, EVERY TIME, but this place is the exact opposite. This owner needs to sell his franchise spot, or Jimmy John's corporate needs to step in and get this specific location back in order. I strongly suggest you stay away from this location until they fix their issues. Otherwise a terrible taste and an extended amount of time on the toilet is in your future. read more

Always fast for online orders. Place is very clean food is really good. The staff is always so nice. The bathrooms are clean too. I recommend the #9 lettuce wrap soo good! read more

I've ordered from this location dozens of times in the last year and I don't know why I never learn my lesson. Delivery always takes 45 minutes - 2 hours. Every time I call to ask where the delivery is, they tell me they're short staffed and only have one driver. Tonight was the final straw. The app said my order was delivered but it wasn't at my door when I checked. I called the store and he told me that the app probably "timed out" and said it was delivered, but the order was still on the way. (This was 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order). After another 20 minutes with no order and no call back, I called the store again and told him to cancel my order. He said the delivery driver said the order was delivered. Implying that I was lying??? I told him to cancel the order and he did. He called me back 5 minutes later to say he had "questioned the driver more and she said that she dropped it off at the house across the street." So not only did I wait 2 hours for any sort of resolution, my food had been sitting outside for 40 minutes AND it was at the wrong address. Still no apology from the store. Please do yourself a favor and order literally ANYWHERE but here. @ franchise owner and store manager: let me know if you want a refresher on customer service 101. read more

Just ordered delivery from here. My kids were napping so I paid the extra $6-$7 because I couldn't leave the house. $15 sandwich and the meat was old and dry, the tomatoes were white in the middle so they are almost hard. After pulling most the meat and tomatoes out I still ended up with the worst stomach ache an hour later so something tells me the meat shouldn't of been consumed read more

I really like sandwiches and am a vegetarian so I have had the pleasure of tasting most of the vegetarian options around town. Their veggie sandwich is my favorite. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. When I have picked up big orders they have always been very attentive to each of the different sandwich combinations I had for them and I have never experienced a mistake with any of them. I would recommend this location and the food there to anyone. read more

This restaurant does not adhere to the freaky fast motto. I have given them several times thinking maybe it was a bad day. Each time I've had an issue. Last week the guy told me to wait to serve another customer even though part of my order was missing. I ended up leaving. Today I have been here 15 minutes for my curbside order and nothing yet. Don't recommend this particular Jimmy Johns. read more

okay so i ordered a turkey tom and i got lettuce tomatoes and mayo on it. i did not ask for this and this had ruined my night! thank yall!

Where has all the service gone? In the day and age of conveniences this place provides a quality product with poor service. We ordered sandwiches today for lunch and need an additional side of the dressing. I walked up to the counter to ask for a side and was met with "We don't do that. We don't have anything to put it in" I suggested a water cup and was again told "We don't do that. Would you like to buy a cup?" Ok-how is it that you are in a service industry but can't find a way to accommodate a simple request. Crazy Should you not try to find a way to help your customers? The request is simple not over the top but you can't provide a service. Good Luck- read more

The delivery time is ridiculous! I placed an order an hour ago and just called to cancel because it was still not here. I live less than 2 miles away. No apology, only one delivery driver and apparently he is driving all around town. read more

Delivery time is abysmal. 30-45 minutes for a sub delivery?! And they only delivery in a 2 mile radius to be quick. C'mon guys. If I wanted to wait that long I would have ordered pizza. Used to be a long time customer but never ordering again for delivery since they take FOREVER. read more

I've been ordering from this store for years. They have screwed up my orders before but because I really love their sandwiches and always fixed their errors, I've continued to order from them. Tonight they took my money online and didn't deliver my food. I tried calling the store several times and they never answered. It appears they closed early and I won't get my order now, despite them taking my money. Now I'm regretting also not saying anything about the fact that the quality of their food has gone way down in the last month. I'm going to have to get over my JJ addiction because I have lost all respect for this location and for the brand that would support this location. read more

When will people start being able to give no stars Yelp! Pretty sure my bread was 2 days old, not 1 but 2, that's how gross and hard my bread was. Worst sandwich I've ever had. I order the thick sliced wheat and gave me both ends of bread, not sure how that happened. Talk about insult to injury with the already gross hard bread. I knew I should have gone to the Rockwall location. Will never go back to this location. read more

Subs so fast you can take a 2 hour nap. Ridiculous. I worked for them while in college and unfortunately I will never order again. This franchise owner needs a wake-up call to customer service instead of sitting around accepting mediocre customer service. You just lost a loyal customer and advocate. read more

Horrible, got severe food poisoning from here that thankfully only lasted a few days but was debilitating. Quality control is severely lacking. read more

The surliest Jimmy John's in Texas! I have eaten here several times since they opened a few months ago but withheld reviewing to see if they would get their act together, but I am sorry to report that they have not. The service: part of the experience of a typical JJ's is the casual and fun atmosphere. Expect none of that here in Wylie. Instead, be prepared for rude and dispassionate employees who are utterly disinterested in their jobs. How dare you inconvenience them by coming in and placing a sandwich order! The food: The sandwiches are always great (the bread!) but they have yet to make my sandwich right the first time. Mustard instead of mayo will seriously throw them for a loop. Hopefully the staff will eventually do better or just turn over, but for now I dread dealing with them when I go in. read more

I'm so disappointed in the less then "freaky fast" service I received tonight! My order had still not received attention after 45 minutes, and when I called to find out why, the manager "Billy" was rude and unresponsive, and told me that due to a computer error, they had to deliver an order outside of their jurisdiction. After literally an hour, I called back to cancel my order and ordered from another institution. Terrible customer service and disappointing "service" when calling. read more

Used to be a good option for delivery, but they keep getting slower and less concerned with customer service. I think we're done with this location for a while. read more

Come on guys. When you are the only customer in the joint and you order a gargantuan DRY with extra onions so that when you eat it watching tv later it won't be a soggy mess and you open it up to eat and it's loaded with mayo and NO onions there's just no excuse for that. Was there tonight May 16, 2019 at about 5 pm. It appears there was no manager on duty, maybe they should have one on after 5pm. read more

When I was in Denver Colorado I had one of the beat sandwiches that I had eaten and it was at Jimmy John's I wanted to duplicate that experience at this store. Unfortunately it was one of the worst sandwiches that I have had. The bread was hard like Day old bread. I ordered the exact same sandwich from the board as before and they didn't put on the toppings. This is their signature sandwich. Happy in Denver but sad in Wylie read more

Sad because I love jimmy johns and this is the closest one to my house. We went on Sunday around noon and I am pretty sure we had day old if not longer bread. IT.WAS.SO.CHEWY. Like ridiculously rubbery. We fed our family of 5 there, and no one was happy. Hate having to feed my kids at home after I pay $40+ to feed them at a restaurant. But they couldn't chew the bread. Service, not amazing, but nothing really stood out good/bad. Never again...I'll just drive to the Murphy location. I wish I could take back all the$$$$ I had spent here in the past. It was that bad. read more

If they can't sell you a jar of their Hot Cherry Peppers. They should be kind enough to tell you where you can buy them for yourself. I ordered the #5 Vito w/bacon. My bread was not fresh. My bread was hard on the bottom, very hard! read more

This Jimmy Johns is not as good as the one in Richardson. I wish I had taken a picture of my tuna sandwich when I opened it....there wasn't but a mere tablespoon of tuna and 3 small cucumbers. It was the most unfriendly service i've ever experienced. The employees acted like I was bothering them by walking in. No greeting at the door and defendant nothing when I left. I dont get it. The subs were of average taste, but the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The order took a while due to our complicated address, but once it got here, the order was completely screwed up in terms of special instructions. We asked for no tomatoes and we got tomatoes. We asked for no onions and we got onions. The driver almost forgot to ask for the money at the end. We were later given free subs from the manager, who was very accommodating, but the order was yet again messed up. We received the wrong type of bread and they forgot the other sub. I can understand the mistakes happen, but having it happen twice is just awful service. The staff have good intentions and were not rude at all. In the end, they were just not that professional. read more

I recently stopped by here on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I go to or order Jimmy John's for their freaky fast subs and they never let me down. That's what they are all about. I don't think they will ever be the greatest sub I've ever had but they offer a good sub, good service, and seriously crazy fast. Anyways, I particularly enjoyed this store because I got exactly what expected as always and then some. The staff at this store were overly friendly, helpful, and all during a busy lunch rush. They took the time to make my suggestions to my friend that had never been their before, even suggested some secret changes and suggestions that they use when they order their own sandwich. My friend took his advice and loved his sub. I tried it too and it is now my go to order. Check this store out, they are exactly what they advertise and more! read more

Very clean interior. Friendly staff and the best part...the service was fast.

This place doesn't have the best customer service! I made an online phone call order and they totally got my order wrong. I picked it up and didn't realized they messed up until I got home.
