This is more about the service and experience. Food was good. They had an employee who was in the men's bathroom a VERY long time. The men's room was locked from when we arrived to when we left and my boyfriend had to use the men's room. I asked them to check the bathroom and was told very rudely that, "Yes, they know. And that it was one of their employees throwing up." Lovely. I said maybe he should be sent home. When the door was still locked ,I asked again (the men's room was unavailable for at least a half hour from when we arrived so not sure how long but it was locked when we got there). I brought it again and the manager told me the guy had it coming out both ends. Just what you want to hear after eating in a restaurant! YUCK. This crew needs some serious training on customer service!! It escalated to one of their employees (I will not name him) berating and yelling at us and telling us to leave. As always the bread on the sandwich was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We order with the option for "extra protein". The "Bootlegger" is a fave and the meats and cheese together are so savory, keeps us coming back for more. The crispy dill pickle completes the meal. I didn't even get a sandwich, it was clear no one wanted to make one for me. I pulled up to the drive through about 3:30pm. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the line. A voice came across the speaker letting me know in a fairly unwelcoming way that it would be a "few" minutes. As I waited I watched the 2 cars ahead of me get their orders and leave. No one took my order. The minutes ticked by and after about 10 more minutes of sitting in silence I was trying to decide whether to wait when I witnessed a woman with an angry look on her face and a Jimmy John's bag walk into the store, clearly upset. I realized this was not likely to be a good experience, so I just left. With Chick-Fil-A across the road, why would I wait to be treated like this? For fast sandwiches and especially Italian subs, Jimmy John's has everyone beat! I'm from NJ where sub & pizza shops are as common as Starbucks & coffee shops here. I find the quality of meat, bread and toppings to be far superior at this chain than other chains. Sorry, Jersey Mike's. The fact that this location has a drive through makes it even better! First time ever experiencing that! After a day of shopping at the Woodburn Outlets right next door, I'm often too tired or it's too late to even contemplate cooking when I get home. Not wanting to pick up food that will get cold or stink up my car during the 30-45 minute ride home, this is the perfect solution! A creature of habit, I always order the Italian with everything, take the bread out, no Mayo, add extra Italian dressing, add extra hot peppers, sandwich cut in half. Here, like the other locations, they have always gotten my order completed correctly. I do say it slowly...because I'm super picky about my sandwich...and they deliver the goods. Went in tonight for a to-go order. While there, I let them know that my order the week before was incorrect. I had ordered ahead online. It wasn't ready when I got to the drive-up, the girl obviously went to make them while I waited. When I got home, the turkey sandwich was bone dry. The only modification I ordered (it was all documented on the online order) was to add cheese. The only things on the sandwich were turkey and cheese....no mayo, lettuce or tomato. I didn't want to drive clear back across town during rush hour so I let it go. I mentioned it tonight when I went in and the guy couldn't have been less interested. I get that he may not be authorized to offer any compensation, but even a "gee, I'm sorry that happened" might have helped. The apathy was underwhelming. read more

Terrible serviceeee. I pre ordered my sandwich 15 min before getting there. Upon arrival there was one car ahead of me waiting already when I got there, thinking Jimmy John's is usually fast this should be a breeze! Nope!!! Seemed like they have been waiting forever as well, to even place an order! Was lil irritable after this...WAITED EVEN LONGER, around 15 min. Got to the window finally just for them to tell me it wasn't even ready!!!! WAITED MORE! Total around 20-25 min of waiting in drive thru.... For an order I placed online for pickup..... like what?!?! IT WAS A TUESDAY!!!! Parking lot for lobby was empty. Like what is going on here???? Ridiculous. Cashier did not even seem like they wanted to be there. Just awful vibes. Clean restaurant and restrooms, fast service, friendly staff members. They have a drive through, which seems convenient if you only order something as it is on the menu without customizations. We didn't notice anyone having issues though, but it was dead when we went. read more

I like the taste of these sandwiches and have eaten here the last 3 days this week as it's fast and convenient, however, I asked for a simple request each time (extra lettuce and Mayo) and everytime I'm left thinking if they did What I asked? Today I ordered a second sandwich with no special request, on a second time threw the drive thru and it was exactly the same. I think they disregard the request because I'm driving off and wont notice. Good sandwich, would be better if it was the way I asked. Fantastic gourmet sandwiches. I would have given 5 stars except they are not "Freaky Fast" as advertised and as the other Jimmy John's locations are. I suspect this is because they are new and this will likely improve soon. The quality of the food compares with other Jimmy John's locations and is awesome as always. The delivery speed of my last two orders was about 30 minutes which does NOT compare to other stores which have been known to deliver in 3-10 minutes. read more

Used to be okay, but prices have continued to go up and the quality has continued to go down. The bread is fine albeit probably full of sugar, but the meat is at or below discount meat from the WinCo deli. A terrible value to say the least. Veggies okay for the most part, but the meat quality is a real deal breaker especially when we are talking about $20 sandwiches. read more
