Terribly inconsistent…read more We've been to many Firehouse Subs over the years and generally the experience has been good and customer service has been decent. The inconsistency has been the portion size and correctness of order and based on other reviews, this location has been experiencing this issue for years. We even ordered online to make clear our substitutions and additions and yet we received incorrect orders and sparse amounts of meat. It's frustrating to gamble on what we're going to get and it shouldn't be on us to check every single sandwich in our to-go order to make sure they got it right. We support the mission of Firehouse Subs and fire fighters everywhere but we're not coming back to this location, because it's too exhausting.
