Consistent mess ups with orders. I've been shorted a burger at-least 10 times from here never coming back!

They always seem to get the order wrong and never give you a receipt. The rudeness of the female employees is ridiculous! Not worth it!

Consider yourself lucky if your order is accurate or quick. Go to Crystal Lake or Wauconda instead.

We ordered the 2 dogs and fries for 8$ and as always- the Chicago Dog does not disappoint. We added funnel cakes for dessert but I wouldn't do that again- so, so greasy. We also tried the Greek salad wrap with chicken and I wouldn't order that again- feta, lettuce, olives and chicken w Greek dressing.

Had some great cheap eats from this Crystal Lake drive thru and cafe. It has plenty of seating…read moreinside if wanting to eat immediately. Gianelli's is a long time local favorite. Most people get the hot dogs obviously. There's also lots of other grilled classics like burgers and that kind of stuff. Coming here the first time, know that it's pretty far away from the other popular places in town in the middle of nowhere almost. It's almost surrounded by nothing, but there's a few things around obviously. This is kind of close to the Snap-On plant. Look for that when coming here. The menu is mostly hot dogs but there's lots more to get though. It's $5 to get a veggie dog. With a combo it's $11 and includes a drink and fries. Cool. This is a way to get a lot for not a lot. Get some hot dogs and more from this classic drive in. It's on State Route 176 at Valley View Road. There's plenty for mystery meat eaters and vegetarians.

Wow, the old reviews need an update…read more My stepsister catered Guys Grille Gyros for her brother's engagement party. They came out with the flat top for the carnitas, al pastor, and chicken and they had huge stone bowls for the salsa, guacamole, and salsa verde. First the food was excellent. The meat was seasoned perfectly and coooked with the amount of crisp that I enjoy. The onions and cilantro were freshly cut and a great accompaniment to the protiens. They even had homemade tortilla chips, so I was happy to oblige for my second trip. The flavors were delicious and the presentation came across as homemade and rustic, versus some of the local Americanized hispanic restaurants in the area. Last note is that the owners, Luis and Genaro Garcia, were very kind and made sure that everyone was able to get enough food and feel catered to. Don't pay attention to the old reviews and listen to me... when you come here, you should expect food made with love and passion and if you have any issues with it, Luis and Genaro would gladly help you out. I appreciate them having you here for me to review this place I still like that. The Diet Coke was really good. The atmosphere of this place is really nice. Only at Cane's - it's not really inexpensive. I wasn't going to review this place because I don't like writing negative things about restaurants and posting them on Yelp. However, I also wasn't ever planning to eat here - until a friend took me yesterday, a friend who had also never been here before - and she didn't like it either. On the surface Cane's is a typical fast-food place, clean and well managed, with a friendly staff and lots of empty tables. However the menu at Cane's is limited, not only in it's offered food items but also in the way that you can order them. For instance, Cane's really offers only "Combo Meals" ($9 to $16), as well as large "Tailgate" platters ($48), a "Kid's Meal" ($6.99), and a few sides, including slaw & what they call "Texas Toast". And every meal is centered around ONE ITEM: a battered finger of chicken breast that's deep fried. There's no grilled option, no fish sticks, nothing else, except for toast, fries & slaw. So if you eat here You WILL Eat 'deep fried Chicken Tenders, Fries, Slaw, and a slice of unbuttered slightly grilled bread, + a Fountain Drink". But this isn't the Real problem that I had here. My issue is that they offered only ONE Type of pink-grey Dipping Sauce (which I didn't really like), the Fries were dry, the Slaw tasted medicinal, the "Texas Toast" was a nothing-nothing, and even the water tasted bad. It was NOT A GOOD LUNCH even at half the price. If you want a typical chicken-fingers plate - go to Denny's! For those reasons I will Never return.
