JJ's at 66 E Golf Road in Schaumburg, IL staff is extremely rude and seems uninterested in being there. The one employee wheres headphones and doesn't take them off to communicate with the customer. Very rude in taking order. I was in there to pick up a sandwich and when it was ready this particular employee handed it to me. I asked for a bag at which time she sighed heavily, slowly opened the bag and then had me place the sandwich in the bag. There was not greeting when I walked in and no thank you when I left. The two employees working seemed to be put out because they actually had to work. This is my second same experience with the two employees at this location. They both seem very unhappy to be there. They may want to look into a new job if they aren't happy. read more

I work near by this location and that's the only reason I continue time and time again to order from here. But I keep getting let down by who ever makes the actual sandwich. I have ordered here a total of 5 times and all 5 times they assured me that my next order would be correct and comp'd. The comp'd part has been accurate on their account. But definitely not the part where they said it would be right the next time!! This last ordered of mine took the cake though. I ordered a beach club (my favorite) for delivery. I start to eat it and low and behold...no Turkey on the sandwich!! I mean who would forget to put turkey on a turkey sandwich at a sandwich shop of all places!! Place is clean, fast and friendly. And this is the only place I've been able to get a Philly Cheesesteak that tasted like it should outside of Philly. I've been a customer here for many years. Of late, they seem to be having some trouble. Not sure what's been going on, but delivery times have gone up sharply. Used to be a few minutes, now if I get it in less than an hour I feel like I'm doing well. So much for "Freaky fast." Such was the case tonight. It took 40 minutes for the sandwich to arrive. And when it did, it was wrong. I called and let them know. Got an arm-full of attitude from the manager, but he did send another sandwich out. But it took an additional 30 minutes for them to get here. Was told by the manager that I would keep the sandwich they send that was wrong, but when the driver showed up she wanted it back. Perhaps to sell to someone else, I don't know. I said, "no" anyway. When I called back to complain, yet another load of attitude from the manager. I think there are easier ways to tell someone you no longer want their business, or that you're no longer interested in being in business. Provide bad service, don't deliver on your promises, and give customers a bunch of attitude when they don't like the way they're treated. That's a great way to send a fairly clear message to the community you supposedly "serve." There are a lot of other options for fast eating in this area. I don't think this one is really worth the time. read more

This place rocks! I ordered from down the street where my dad had his cardiac appointment. I could not leave but was starving and had not eaten all day. I ordered from this spot and they delivered ASAP. I got the classic #6 - Veggie and it was delish. The thing I hate about subs sometimes is when the tomato is mushy and this was not the case. Jimmy John's saved the day! We were hosting a work event and the food truck we ordered broke down on the side of the road. We had 160 hungry employees expecting a meal with in the hour. We called up Jimmy John's and they delivered 160 sandwiches in an hour with fantastic service, speedy delivery, and happy faces. They were easy to work with and truly came through at the last minute. Ordered a sandwich for 1115 delivery. At 1210 still no delivery. Only 30 minute lunch break from 12-1230 so obviously we needed to find something last minute at the hotel. Frustrating. Avoid getting delivery from scam drivers. This place have drivers that basically have a scam system they have setup. I have ordered a sandwich with chips to be delivered to me. Total came to be around $11 and some change with the delivery fee. I didn't tip the driver and when I went to pay the bill. I saw that I had $20 charge. When I went to the store, I found out that the driver added $8 of tip. That take some guts to do. This is not the first time and 2 weeks later. The driver added another 3 doller charge. Management does not care. Spoke with the store GM who told me that this won't happen again. The DM told me he will investigate this issue as well, never heard back. He gave me a call which i did not know if it was him. He didn't even leave a VM so I could give him a call back. So please please please do check you bank statement whenever you order something and pay with credit card. This is a scam driver store. read more

On 8/13/16 I ordered a 15 sandwich tray and 2 additional sandwiches for a get together. When the guests started eating the sandwiches we noticed there was either 1 piece of meat folded over or bare spots on the bun with no meat at all but plenty of lettuce. For the price I paid for the platter and sandwiches, I was very disappointed in the amount of meat that was on the sandwiches. I thought it would be a nice treat compared to Subway, but both my guests and I were very disappointed in the product. Next time I would order a sub sandwich from Valli's where I wouldn't have to worry about the amount of meat on the sandwich. read more

This is your typical Jimmy John's. I think they have great subs (cookie too!), fast service, fast delivery. They are a little pricier than Subway, but I like their sandwiches better. The guac spread and their bread is really good. I always get the veggie sandwich. They have really fast delivery too! I love that this location is so close to my job. AND they have a drive through! I didn't even know that JJ's had drive throughs! The only bad part is there isn't a lot of parking in this area. read more

Was craving the JJBLT, I went to this location cause it was close... The parking in that strip mall is horrible. Once inside, I placed my order and asked for them to add "banana peppers" to the sandwich. When I got my sandwich there were hot peppers on it. I went back to the counter and explained to the order taker that I asked for banana peppers on my sandwich, she looked at me with a blank stare and replied by saying, we put cherry peppers on it, I explained to her that I asked for banana peppers and again she said they put cherry peppers on my sandwich, I asked her if they had banana peppers and she said yeah we have cherry peppers, I began to get a little frustrated as this dialogue went back and forth a few times. I had to get a manger and ask that she train the employees to advise customers when they don't have something that is asked for. I don't go to JJs often and last week (different location) was the first time I had their JJBLT; and it was yummy with the banana peppers on it. read more

Ive always enjoyed Jimmy John's food, freaky fast delivery and to the point attitude expressed in the fun funky signage! The only reason gor three stars in my review is the fact that upon ordering I believe clarity is key. We ordered two subs with no changes to them and upon ordering i was given the total of 17$ and some change. Durprised by the amount and expecting a delivery fee to be on the bill i awaited delivery. Upon delivery when paying we learned each sub price increased on receipt showed $1.50 more each. A clear cut delivery fee was not present nor any notation of why this increase so i phoned in my inquiry. My question was easily amswered that "when ordering for delivery menu prices increase a little" to which i replied a lot actually. And thanked the respondent ending the call. The delivery guy seemed surprise when we asked for two dollars back from our twenty but honestly im unsure of where my extra dollar fifty per sanswhich is going. Had i been advised prices increase for delivery I may have had opportunity to better decipher tip amount vs. Delivery premium prices. I think Jommy Johns would stay true to their nature of business in making the reason for increased prices morforransparent to their customers. Good service good food but a unsettling aftertaste resides with our office. read more

We've been ordering from this location ever since they opened and the service tends to be either great or terrible - very little in between. Today's order consisted of 2 unwich sandwiches (a 'slim' and an 8 inch) and a bag of chips; it took 50 minutes for the food to be delivered to our office building which is only 1.8 miles away! Sometimes the driver apologizes if they get delayed, but not today. Had this been my first order from this JJ's, I'd never order from them again. I have ordered from this location about 3 times in the past year, all on line. Each time the order has been wrong. I had a friend order in the same fashion and the order was wrong as well. What doesn't make sense is when you pick up your order it comes with a printout of what the sandwich maker was supposed to use for your order, 'The Pepe' for instance. I've had enough of this location. Been to other JJ's and they don't mess up the order. Staff is friendly but that doesn't make up for delivering the wrong product. read more
