My party of 2 and I are vegetarian. We were traveling through Peru on Sunday morning 8/15 at 10am and very very hungry from a long night of not much sleep due to traveling. My last trip to IL was 5 years ago so I was like "let's find a Jimmy John's." Never again unless they want to reimburse me. I asked for 3 equal sandwiches of "all the veggies you have." It was $20. This is what I got. Grateful to the Lord for the blessed food to fill my tummy. Annoyed that this was all my sandwich maker could put together for us. Pay attention Jimmy John's. Went to this jimmy johns midday and sat by the drive through screen for ~5 minutes. I tried asking to see if anyone was taking orders and I got no response. So I drove by the drive thru window and the girl with the drive thru headset is on the phone laughing. Horrible service. read more

Ordered from here a year ago took over an hour ... gave them another chance - which is the last time I will ever order from them ... 40 minutes and still waiting. Came in for a bite to eat. Very nice workers in the store. Tiffany made my sandwich and it was awesome. She also does deliveries too and is always super nice. There was another worker in the dining room cleaning and it was great to see that the store is cleaned so thoroughly. I will defiantly recommend this place. read more

Ordered a sub monday night 01/15/18 @ 7pm. 8pm no sub, no call as to why. I call them to learn that the driver ditched his car in the snow and that they would send my sub out right away. Why they didnt call me first I have no clue. 9pm I call them back, still no sub. They said they came by my work and couldnt find me and that I gave them the wrong # to call. If they would have called before they could have told me this when I called the first time and avoided the mess up. They again said they would semd the sub out. I got it 20 minutes later, soggy as hell and the lg coke was completely watered down and nasty. I sent in a complaint to JJ but it's an independently owned store so they forwarded it to the owner. Went to this location on 4/21/15. Second time in weeks they got my sandwich wrong. Asked for NO lettuce and they put it on again, even after I specifically said NO lettuce. Did it 2 times in a row now. The first time I didn't bother to call and just picked it off. Second time I had hopped back on the interstate and had gobs of it on my sandwich. When I paid I asked for extra napkins and the window person rolled their eyes at me. Ok...fine, sorry I asked for a few extra napkins!! Called the store and got Megan the store manager who told me to come back in for a new sandwich. Told her I was on I 80 and was not turning around to come and get a new sandwich. She said next time you come in we will give you a new one. I live 35 miles away and didn't want to come back to this location ever again. She hung up on me...yeah! Hung up. I called back and told her I want to talk to the owner and she said no, you can't do that. She then said she had talked to the owner and he said they will not give me my money back and then said she was busy and had customers and hung up. I proceeded to call the Corporate office in Charleston IL. Talked to customer service. This is a franchise business and I guess if you pay the franchise fee, you are allowed to get away with anything you want. I will never visit another Jimmy Johns again. Miserable experience..
