I went to the drive up and the girl who was taking my order kept asking me the same question and i kept answering her. Then she got real rude and said let me repeat your order back to you. By then I was irritated. I drive around to the window and give her my card and she says okay let me repeat your order to you again. I said can I have my card back please, I do not have time for this and learn some customer service. The vehicle that was behind me drove off before getting to the window which I considered, so I would assume she was rude to them also. This was around 6PM on 7/17/2026. read more

where do I even start.... Absolute worst place to go in peru and arguably the worst wendys ever. I go there thinking this is going to be a quick option to walk across the street from my work on break and its about a hour wait every single time for the past two months! its absolutely absurd! and to get cold 2 day old fries after you wait that whole time is a tragedy. Absolutely disgusting. We stood in the front waiting for someone to take our order, the employees in the kitchen just looked at eachother and stared. The only man in the front was more focused on his break than at the very least taking our order. Every single table was covered in crumbs, the bathrooms were all soiled. The service was terrible! They yelled at me when I asked for napkins! when i walked in, the floor was so wet and slippery, that i tripped and broke my arm. The cashier spit at my kid after he asked for napkins. The cashier refused to heat up my baconator fries, it was warmed up shredded cheese! I got a cheeseburger, and the cheese wasn't fully melted, and it was MOLDY ON THE INSIDE! When i asked for the manager, the cashier flipped me off and told me to f"" off!! Came here last week because I didn't realize the Peru Mall had absolutely no food options. I came here instead, this place was packed inside at the line and out in the drive thru and this was at 8pm on the weekend! The food definitely took a while to cook but I wasn't disappointed because I was satisfied. The thing that was terrible that I hated to see was the manager running the shift. She had to keep yelling at this poor man in the back to clean up the lobby in an unprofessional, demeaning tone. and all the customers as well as us can hear all this. She didn't do anything but gave people their food and bark orders like she was a Gordon Ramsay of Wendy's. Wendy's has always been my go to fast food place, but no more. my wife's food was good, but I ordered a Baconator combo, single, and got a bun with a small burger with a strip of bacon on it. Dry. Very dry. Somebody spilled a drink, which wasn't mopped up, just a wet floor sign put out. No medium or large lids put out. I'm done. For what I'm paying for a combo meal, I can go to a sit down and get better service and quality. read more

Receipt # 3407 I ordered a 4 for 4, and when I got to the first window , there was this tall African american employee working. Didn't say ONE word to me, when I pulled up it was as if I was bothering him by coming through the drive thru. From what I could make out of the faded ink on the receipt his name is braon or traon I can't tell. But this was a very unacceptable visit and I know the management would not be pleased. read more

Once again I ordered thru door dash at this Wendy's and once again, my food was made correctly, hot, delivered in a timely fashion and the two delivery people were friendly and polite. Kudos to a job well done to all employees and door dash. Thank You!! read more

I keep debating about leaving this review but I just have to. We came here for dinner tonight. There was not a clean table to be had. The floor was sticky and filthy and you could see a mess in the cooking area all over the floor and counter. There were some fries spilled on the floor by one of the booths and it was covered with ants. My baked potato came with something spilled on the bottom. The container with the forks had something spilled in there so they were wet. The napkin container had something spilled on it and some of the napkins were wet. The bathroom was very messy. All of our buns had chives spilled on them. The manager was NOT apologetic when we asked to have a table wiped because there were NONE clean to sit at. She was NOT apologetic when I had to return my potato because something was spilled on it. They were not very busy and had plenty of staff. This was OBVIOUSLY a management problem. She obviously did not see or care how icky this all was. I'm not sure I can come back, which maybe Wendy's doesn't care in the end I am just one customer but it was absolutely disgusting in there. read more

Awesome manager working tonight! Had been driving seen they were closing decided to stop. They were friendly and down to earth, dropped us hott fresh food! And by far the best Wendy's we've ever had! Great place to stop unlike most other Wendy's this one will make your food fresh on request but we didn't request it they just did it if I'm ever out this way we will deffinately be coming back! read more

One time I was here I ordered a strawberry lemonade and a burger. The food itself wasn't that bad, and neither was the lemonade, but after I drank a bit more of the it I ended up finding a fingernail in it. I will never go there again. read more

Ok. Food is typical Wendy's. Can't complain. But I was not happy with the cleanliness of this place. There were only 6 people in the restaurant but the floor had trash under the table and a lot of the tables were not cleaned yet. I couldn't decide where to sit.
