We called in an order of 2 veggie sandwiches slightly modified, 1 bag of chips and 1 pickle cut in quarters. . The young man who took our order said it will be done ASAP. No one took our name. We stopped at a local store for 1 thing then went to Jimmy Johns to get our food. Hubby went in to get the food. He was given an order half the price of ours and was asked to pay for it. He gave the bag back and told them it was for a Becky and he isn't Becky. They asked him what his order was and had no idea what happen to it. They offered to make it while he waits. We didn't have that kind of time which is why we called it in. Hubby left, aggravated. It really sucks when you're treated like an after thought after calling your order in. Jimmy John's has good sandwiches. In my opinion they are better than Subway. On par with Cousins. Give them a shot.

Jimmy John's is one of my favorite "fast food" and this is usually my go to location. The food always tastes fresh, they are extremely fast and normally the orders are correct. My office all ordered ahead and i offered to pick up. We are 4.8 miles from this Jimmy John's and they do not deliver here even though we have requested via corporate numerous times. This time though, chips were forgotten and the orders were not ready upon arrival. Staff is always friendly so it must have just been an off day! read more

I ordered from these guys Friday Night and they really are freaking fast! I hung up, went to the bathroom, washed my hands and my apartment buzzer was ringing. Literally 5 minutes! They have always made my subs right (and I like mine all complicated.) I think the only thing they've ever forgot is a side of peppers. Normally I love Jimmy Johns but had a bad experience today. Called ahead because I was in a rush and the person on the phone said they are starting to make the sub as we speak. When I arrived the sub hadn't been started and when I asked what the point of me calling ahead was the girl said: "Things happen, sorry you had to wait an extra 15 seconds!"
