Customer service is absolutely horrendous I only ordered two sandwiches and there was only one person in line in front of me and there was over 5 workers in the back there was also a girl being trained let's just say no one is training the poor girl and the others are just standing around while the girl that's being trained is trying to figure out how to use the register in drive through and they were having trouble with the register and the whole time I was there they didn't say a word to me except for when they told me the total all I can say is the afternoon shift is full of absolute garbage especially whoever the older lady is I'm guessing she's the manager. read more

Very good service and good customer service and good sandwich's and chips even though couldn't go in because lack of staff

First off, no changing table in either restroom is ridiculous. Pretty simple to prepare for families if you want their business. Service slow and not like any other Jimmy John's we have ever been to or ordered from. Service was also lacking knowledge and professionalism about simple menu options like the difference between a combo and box meal. Not trying to be picky but this is too easy to mess up. They got so mad about it the guy running the register told me I was wrong 3 times and the manager kicked me and my family out! One positive was the A/C was on high and it was a very hot day. Fast stop and parking is open but the music is so loud you'd think you ended up at the bar. We got 4 sandwiches 3 of which were fine, on the unwhich the lettuce wrap was brown spotted through out because it was going bad. Threw most of it away and just ate the wrest of the wrap as a finger salad. read more

Time & time again, the worst jimmy johns I've experienced. It's PAINFULLY slow. I'm currently on minute 21 sitting in the drive thru for two sandwiches. Their speaker system is horrid, you have to skip it all together if you don't want to be screaming & repeating yourself 6 times. Horrible service while having such a simple order. They not only put lettuce on my slim 5, but the lettuce is literally brown and smells like poop. The tall dark man at the window was very rude. After taking our money and saying it would be a moment a few minutes later they hand the sandwiches over and shut the window... we wait a couple more minutes and have to tap on the window and say that we are waiting on the drinks. They say it will be a minute- three minutes later a guy opens the window and asks if we've been helped!! We replied just waiting on the drinks, he pours them and after 15 minutes we are on our way. I ordered on line at 11:59. I waited an hour, called the store and was told that my order had left the store at 12:00 and was delivered at 12:15. They did offer to remake the order but I don't appreciate being placated with a blatant untruth. No way the order got made and out the door in 1 minute. We stopped at this Jimmy Johns on our way through a cross-country drive from Wisconsin to Denver. It was a Sunday evening, and the Polar Vortex was blowing through. The sandwiches were tasty, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and the employees were friendly. But that is not the reason for this 5-star review. Unbeknownst to me, in my rush to get out of the vicious prairie wind and into the store, I had dropped my wallet in the parking lot. I was none the wiser until the next day when the manager of this store called me and said he had my wallet!! He had really gone out of his way to track me down, and he kindly sent my wallet back via mail freaky fast. I had it within the week. You're a life saver, sir. The staff is always smiling and polite. I love the bread they use. The Italian Night Club is delicious. The only problem is sometimes they will deliver to my house and other times they say I'm out of delivery range. I prefer this over Subway any day. read more
