Despicable. I took my 70 year old mom and auntie to Jimmy John's yesterday after a morning of shopping. We all ordered the 6 inch with chips and soda. Our sandwiches were so flat and looked as if it was all bread. We opened them and it was exactly what we thought. It was about 3 pieces of meat, and very few condiments. We sat there to eat and watched everyone else's walk out with full looking sandwiches. I told my mom, maybe they go by how you look ( gender, size, age, nationality, and race). Disparate of treatment in their atmosphere. This was my first and last time at JJ's. Not on my watch and using my hard earned cash! I wish I would have taken a photo. It was ridiculous. The guy that made our sandwich asked if it was good with a smirk on his face. They need to send some secret shoppers in that place. read more

The customer service at this location is terrible. The last 2 times I've been, my order was incomplete. I visited today to an empty store save for two other customers waiting while their order was being prepared. No cashier at the register, the sandwich maker didn't greet or acknowledge us. I went to the restroom and returned to the front to order; still no cashier or acknowledgement. On our way out the empty store, the sandwich maker says, "Have a nice day!" Customer service is truly a lost art. Don't go to this Jimmy John's if you don't have to. I won't. read more

I have ordered sandwiches from this location for years. I usually get great service, but not this time. I make an order I have made many times. One of the employees making sandwiches had to get involved this time. She was very rude and screamed out that I can't do that. When I informed her that this is my usual order she became even more rude! Even if something on the menus changed you DO NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS THAT WAY! Jimmy John's gets an A+ in my book - for a multitude of reasons. First of all, their whole concept is based around good food, fast service, and affordable prices. And they stick to these philosophies. You can purchase an 8" sub with meat, cheese, and toppings for $4.50, or double the meat and cheese for a $1 extra. Most of the subs come on french bread, which is made fresh daily. And it's delicious! You also have the option of 7 grain bread for the larger subs. Or, if you are watching your diet, try Jimmy John's "Unwich" - take any of their subs minus the bread, and have it served in a lettuce wrap. You have the option of adding on "freebies", such as mayo, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions, sprouts, peppers, etc. Side items such as chips, drinks, or cookies are extra (but not too much!). To be honest, I have been here twice, with 5 different people, and only one of us even ordered side items, as the subs are 8" and stuffed full! Jimmy John's stays open until 10pm during the week - not sure if they are open even later on the weekends. And they deliver. They are also true to their marketing, "Extremely fast service!" The restaurant is also very clean, organized, and is filled with humorous/intelligent/silly signs. Take some time to walk around and read them! read more

Jimmy Johns has great sandwiches, and the prices are reasonable. The french bread is baked daily in-house, and it's fantastic; you can even buy day-old french bread for $1, and the day-old stuff is better than most supermarket offerings. We almost always take home a loaf or two to enjoy later. The only downside is the restaurant is LOUD. They almost always have the music volume cranked up, and people are sometimes shouting to be heard. I have a child that doesn't like a lot of loud noise, and he is uncomfortable in here - and it can be difficult to hold a conversation with other people at your table due to the noise. Other than the noise, the food is fantastic - and I'll certainly continue to patronize the restaurant. read more

Very limited menu, and a staff who is wholly unapologetic for it. I had to be told "we don't have that" 5 times during my attempt to order. When I commented on the lack of options the guy working the counter basically said if I didn't like it I should go elsewhere. I understand the menu is what it is, but the staff doesn't need to be rude about it when someone points out the distinct lack of options. The menu is very limited in toppings, sauces, etc. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be a sub and it ended up being on plain wheat bread. The sandwich tasted fine and the price was ok, but overall it was underwhelming. I can say that the delivery was exceptionally fast. Highly dissatisfied with this Jimmy Johns. I order from them because they are close to where I work. But the delivery service is mediocre at best. When they first opened they were great. Now not so much. Just ordered lunch from there, ordered my sandwich on wheat and a large drink with easy ice. What I got was a sandwich on the French roll and a drink that was only filled 3/4 full. A mumbled apology from the driver they were out of wheat bread. How do you run out of product on a Saturday afternoon??? A coworker ordered a little while after me got a full drink and his sandwich on wheat bread. Ordered less than 30 minutes apart. Same kind of service is why I quit ordering from them over a year ago. Would give ten stars if I were able for the reason described below: My review is late, but that does not diminish my gratitude to Jimmy and the staff at jimmy johns. Whilst out of state but during AR inclement winter weather I learned of the tragic passing of someone which affected those I care about. Many local businesses were closed due to the weather, and I was scrambling to try to find somewhere that would be willing to deliver food to those I was unable to help while they gathered to grieve and process the events. After describing the situation to the manager/owner at Jimmy Johns NLR he offered to deliver to the address even though it was technically a few blocks out of their delivery range, and to fast track the order for that day for sandwich plates even though I did not give advance notice for a bulk order. This was during snow and ice no less. I am so grateful that Jimmy and the JJ's staff allowed me to be there for my friends when I could not physically do so. It is 2 miles from there place I asked what is your delivery radius she gave me streets that are 6 miles away but they can't come 2 miles to the hotel... yelp says they deliver here but I think they are just super lazy. I got the Turkey Tom, which comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Once I got past the fact that they had very few choices to add-on (no pickles, no black olives, etc) I was okay. But, then when I get back to the office and unwrap my sandwich, I immediately regretted choosing Jimmy John's for lunch today. My sandwich was so flat. I opened it up and saw that on an 8" sub I got two tiny tomato butts. The part of the tomato that most restaurants throw away. My turkey was some kind of cheap lunch meat. Sandwich and lg drink cost $8.10. Jimmy John's is definitely off my list of places to eat. read more

HONESTLY TERRIBLE. I may be a bit dramatic but I feel so annoyed by this restaurant. I had never heard of jimmy Johns but I decided to give it a go. who doesn't love sandwiches? and it was closer than subway was. so I go in. they ask me what I want. I tell them. they make it and they don't ask me if I want it toasted. so I tell them I do. they say they don't toast sandwiches. I was confused and questioned it. they said they're not allowed to. I asked why and they said it was because of a legal issue. I said "why do you have a microwave then??" they didn't know. I said "so you can't put my sandwich in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt the cheese?" they said no.
