This JJ's is good! I went during peak lunch hour and the staff provided excellent customer service. I am a picky eater and I always have to order my sandwich special. They were quite nice and listened to how I wanted my sandwich ordered. They did not prioritize door dash or mobile ordering. I ordered in store and received my sandwich in a timely manner. This is very important to me as lately, I feel unappreciated as an in-store customer opposed to online ordering and delivery. The bread was so soft and fresh. The ingredients were also fresh. I used my birthday reward and the staff wished me a happy birthday and also told me to have a great birthday when I left. Others complain about the location - this is downtown Nashville! I'm so happy theres an affordable sandwich shop when you're tired of fried food. Incredibly fast, I ordered two sandwiches 1 13 inch and a wrap and as soon as I got my drink filled they were done. Nicely wrapped very tight and very easy to unwrap, I tore through the wrap and it was so good. I have made some questionable food choices before but they never questioned me and they were even respectful. I was so hungry I couldn't really tell if they were playing music or not but they were incredibly nice and helpful towards us, it was a little dark with the red lighting but it was very cozy and comfortable for many of the sandwiches stores I've been to. I loved the bar seating with just enough room for people to move behind you and enough counter space without feeling cramped or overwhelmed. Very clean as well! 10/10 or 5/5 stars read more

Food was ok not the best JJ I've had previously. I ordered delivery and food was left in hotel lobby unattended even though driver called he should have waited. 2 bags of chips were missing, one napkin for 2 people and no straws. Delivery was quick, 15 minutes. When I called about missing chips female who answered phone was rude and didn't want to deliver items and then ultimately agreed and hung up on me. After 45 minutes with no delivery, I called back and a very helpful man who had just arrived to work checked on the situation and said he would see they were delivered as soon as the only delivery driver returned. Chips delivered 15 minutes later over an hour after sandwiches. Poor customer service is not acceptable especially hanging up on me. I wont be back. read more

My first time to a jimmy john's. I know it's a franchise fast food, nothing extra ordinary about it, it's just like a subway. I like that the servers seemed very attentive, polite and friendly. My husband and I ordered 8 inch sandwiches with chips and drinks totaling $20.36. I think it's a bit more than usual. The place we seemed clean, neat and wEll organized. The bathroom was also clean, and has everything a person needs to take care of business. I was not able to take a picture of the bathroom walls, but I found it very interesting portraying ways to use the bathroom/ toilet. So sure, this a fast-food sandwich chain and nothing ultra remarkable but I have to hand it to this little shop here in the SoBro neighborhood in downtown Nashville. When you order a sandwich online for delivery, which I tend to do at least once a week, it is made exactly as you order no matter how custom you make it and its delivered in rocket speed no matter the weather conditions not ignoring the fact they have to ride their bike uphill to my office. The online ordering couldnt be easier and I love the settings you can save for even faster ordering. Now again, its just a sandwich - but they are delicious and three thousand times better than anything Ive ever had from Subway or Quiznos. Tip: add the hot cherry pepper to any and all sandwiches. read more

This is a 5 star rating in comparison to other jimmy johns. You know what you're getting here. It's no 5th and Taylor, but this location delivers 100% on your expectations for fast, good subs. Arrived 10 mins before closing (I don't usually do this but it takes them 60 seconds to make a sandwich) the doors were locked and all the employees were on their phones behind the counter. I walked in to use the bathroom before I ordered and was immediately harassed about no public bathrooms by the woman. Then after I went and I came up to order she was shaking her head at me. I asked for a water cup and she charged me for a water bottle then got pissed at me for telling her that's not what I asked for. Then I come to find my sandwich full of mayonnaise....... I love jimmy johns but this store ruins my experience every time. My roommate and I order from here consistently and they never get our order correct.
