Recently stopped here to grab a sandwich for the road. This place is a pretty large Jimmy John's location and it was right next to my new favorite antique store. I've been ordering lunch from this place for a long while now. Sandwiches are ok but they normally don't give me everything I requested. They forget my fork, straw, napkins, chips. normally one thing at a time. I am giving them a 1 because I finally called the manager there being polite and let him know I have been having issues with this. That day they didn't give me my chips. They ended up bringing them by, but the manager sounded like he could care less. The next week they didn't give me napkins. I will never order from there again. This shouldn't be that hard and the fact that the manager sounded like he doesn't care and they do it again on my very next order. read more

I was having my sandwich's delivered. normally they deliver very quickly but there wasn't a delivery driver available and it went through third party. Uber Eats delivered our food to the wrong house. I order jimmy johns most likely all the time. I am a dancer and to me, i get every time im at the studio. It is a common thing since it's the fastest. But I was very disappointed with ordering jimmy johns this weekend. We had been at the studio all day. During lunch, my food didn't show up. I called jimmy johns and asked where it was. They said that it was stuck in traffic. The thing is, jimmy johns isn't even two miles away from my studio. We had ordered our food around 11:30. Our lunch was at 12:30. They had to pull me out of class around almost 2:00 PM, so i could eat. This service was awful. They also messed up our order. This place used to be "Subs so fast you'll freak!", but not anymore. Now, if you're in the drive-thru, they prioritize mobile orders and make you wait. I've never had to wait nearly 10 minutes for just two sandwiches and a pickle before. Don't worry, though--I'll save you some time by not coming back. I ordered food at 12:14 pm and it's now 1:00 pm I still have yet to receive my freaky fast delivery. I called a few minutes ago when it had been 20 minutes and they said the driver left 13 minutes before meaning they're left at 12:27 and it's been over a half hour and I haven't gotten my food. Nowhere in Morris Illinois can you travel that's not more than 5-10 minutes away. Update: they finally got it to me 62 minutes after I ordered(freaky fast btw). My sandwich wasn't supposed to have tomato or lettuce (three guesses what I got). Another sandwich was supposed to have extra pickles (it had 4 pickles) another was supposed to have extra onions and had more pickles than meat and a single onion. read more

Ordered our sandwiches at 7 didn't get our sandwich till 8:10 (super freaky fast) they put tomatoes on two of the sand which's that said no tomatoes. Also when we called at 7:40 they said it was on its way so took 30 minutes to come to our house which is literally not even ten minutes away. So bad. My husband and I both got food poisoning from here and when I called to inform them I didn't even get an apology. I asked for the manager and instead of going to get the manger the guy just asked me what was wrong and after I told him I have been vomiting non stop for the past 2 hours he just said "oh ok, we will do a check on the meat." Went in today and ordered 2 of the same subs and told the order taker I wanted one without peppers and one with and that I wanted the one with peppers made last because my wife had an aversion to the peppers. Another employee who was standing directly behind him jumped in and said I'll make them and immediately made the first sub with peppers. When I called him out he started to give me attitude about how he was making the sub and that there wasn't any peppers on the second sub. He finally put on new gloves but made sure to show me that there wasn't any liquid on the peppers all the while being sarcastic. When I got home my wife opened the sub marked #9 W/O peppers and took the first bite and it was the one with peppers. He had intentionally marked the subs wrong. read more
