This is the nicest Jimmy Johns I have ever been too! The employees were friendly and attentive and the store was very clean. We were just passing through town but there were obviously some regular as they were addressed by name. My kids wolfed down their sandwiches, as did I! UPDATE: Visited this location again as we passed through town again. Let me tell you, I hold all JJ locations up to the standard of this one. I have never had a better sandwich (Twice now!) than I've had at this one! My husband laughed when I told him that but he didn't laugh after because he said it was true! Jimmy Johns, to me, seems like a better version of Subway and Quiznos. The meats are fresh, the vegetables are always crunchy and they carry their own chips which are delicious. They are known for their fast delivery and I can swear by it, as I have gotten my sandwich within half an hour of my order. I generally order the Slim Tuna Salad Sandwich, with Barbecue Chips and a giant chocolate chip cookie. All of this comes to around $9 and is VERY filling! Overall rating - 4/5 read more

Cool little place. Good music playing inside. Plenty of sandwiches to choose from. Very reasonably priced. The food is all fresh and they make your sandwich really fast. Just a pointer... make sure you read the menu as to what comes on it, and if you want any extras or for them to hold something, make sure you tell them while paying. Only tried this place twice. First time, my sandwich was so dry...barely any condiments, even after ordering mayo for it. Very skimpy. Also, bread is so tough and hard. Impossible to chew. Great subs, and truly freaky fast delivery! The is the perfect place to order in a quick lunch at work. I prefer the unwich option (lettuce wrap instead of bread). You really get to experience the flavors of the sandwich instead of masking it with the bread. You really can't go wrong with any of the options, but I usually float between the Totally Tuna, the Turkey Tom, or the Italian Nightclub. So far I have had several bad experiences with them over the past few months. The first one being a $13 delivery charge to deliver food to the office. They have also not delivered all the sandwiches that were ordered. The most recent incident was lack of any sauce that is included with my veggie unwich especially when I asked for extra sauce. I don't know if they were just having an off day, but it took almost a solid hour to get my sandwich because they only had a single driver making several deliveries, and mine was last or next to last out of something like 8 orders. Definitely NOT freaky fast. But what was really irksome was the fact he didn't give me any clue that they were short-staffed and experiencing longer than normal wait times. I'd ordered at around 4:15-20, give or take, so I didn't anticipate them having a rush until after 5, as most people got done with work then. To top it off, he fed me the line that they "don't do that" when I called once about 25 minutes into my wait to ask him for an estimated delivery time, and again 50-55 minutes in to ask if they'd communicated with their driver. IMO, based on my ten years' experience in customer service and food service jobs, that's a sign of poor management/a staffing problem and a prime example of really poor communication (which are also usually signs of poor management). So I let him know that if I'd known that I would have to wait an hour for my sandwich, I would've canceled my order and gone out immediately to get something instead of sitting there hungry and wondering what was going on. I wasn't nasty, and I tipped my driver $5. She was obviously doing the best she could, and was very apologetic. But I'll be darned if I'm going to let an employee or manager who doesn't understand how to anticipate for and prevent problems such as insufficient staffing levels and a lack of contact with with one's delivery driver(s) gaslight me about the fact that his communication and customer service skills stink. read more

Service is always 5 stars. For a fast food place in its level, 5 stars as well. They are fast, courteous and attentive, and always smiling. Vegetables actually have taste, unlike their competitor sub joint. When I want something quick for the family, I know I will get good food, and be taken care of. Two times I had minor problem, once got cheese when ordered no cheese, and once I ordered wrong. Both times, they made it right, regardless of fault. Keep it up! read more

JIMMY JOHN'S is by far the best sandwich shop I've walked into, ordered from, eaten at, taken out from. I'm also an older person (71) who would expect 'polite' greetings but have always been met by the young staff as if I was their best friend. The BEACH is my favorite, no lettuce, extra avocado and sprouts!!! YUM YUM!!! Once in a while a change to TUNA which is as good. Subway can take their slippery meat and soggy bread and sink to the bottom of the ocean. I refuse to drive through in fear of contamination to my RAV4 from their food. My mother had a sandwich at a Subway I had warned her about...true to my word the meat was slippery and slimey. She threw it out! NEVER would that happen at JIMMY JOHN'S! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Prices are great. People are superb (even to the oldies but goodies). Other day my sandwich was already made when I asked if I could have extra sprouts added...NOT A PROBLEM was said with a smile! I placed and order and was call a few minutes later telling me that they ran out of bread. Seems to me that is like McDonald's running out of hamburger. The girl had told me that would be 20 minutes wait. 30 minutes later I called the store and was told that it was on its way. I call back about 20 minutes later and was told again that the order was on its way. The driver finally showed up 1 hour and 20 mins after I placed my order and he told me that he had just left the store.
