Apparently, someone had the same first name but a different last name, and we didn't realize the mistake until we got all the way home to Tracy. When we called the store to explain what happened, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. My wife repeatedly tried to explain that we had received the wrong order and that we simply wanted a refund. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, the employee yelled at my wife, continued blaming us for the mistake, and ultimately hung up on us. We were told we couldn't get a refund unless we drove all the way back to Livermore to return the incorrect order. I decided to try this place because I wanted some thing that was fresh and I remember going to the Jimmy John location in Lodi and I was really impressed with the quality of meat that I had on my sandwich there. I ordered the sandwich that had ham and turkey and I had it on sliced wheat bread with everything on it. it was so so so good and so fresh, like I remember it tasting before. The meat taste like it's really good quality meat. The bread was really soft just like I wanted it. The vegetables were all nice and crisp and good. I just really have no complaints at all about it. The staff were very friendly. I am surprised when I saw that the reviews on here weren't as good as I thought they would be based on my experience today.
