Instead of resolving the issue, I was made to feel like I was the problem for asking for my order to be done correctly. The lack of professionalism was especially concerning at the management level. Honestly, this has been my goto sandwich place since I know my hubby passes through vasco rd to get home sometimes. So of course, as we were heading home from the outlets in Livermore, I was craving my spicy east coast Italian. I don't usually get spicy so I asked for the jalapeños on the side and everything stays the same .. oh extra onions. Staff here is super efficient and they always make my sandwich perfect. I request for oil and vinegar in the side and light on my sandwich. It's pretty roomy in the restaurant. There are plenty of seating. The parking lot isn't that huge since it shares the lot with a few other brick and mortars. Also I'm super picky with my breads / hoagies since I am from the East Coast so this place hits the spot for fave sandwiches. I'm happy they are still here at this location. I'm hoping they actually open one up by us in Brentwood / Oakley. But I don't mind coming out here to grab my sandwich. See you next week. I ordered the sandwich that had ham and turkey and I had it on sliced wheat bread with everything on it. it was so so so good and so fresh, like I remember it tasting before. The meat taste like it's really good quality meat. The bread was really soft just like I wanted it. The vegetables were all nice and crisp and good. I just really have no complaints at all about it. The sandwich I ordered should of been loaded with things from meat cheeses and toppings, i drove back home to fine a extremely thin sandwich with tons of lettuce which was the one thing I asked for Not to be on the sandwich and more than half the things on the sandwich missing, Plus which I find odd was the bread was thinned out, they scrapped out the bread on the top making it thin. As a result, I cannot attest to how they are promoting social distancing. The sandwich meal my uncle got me was the new Smokin Kickin Chicken, BBQ Chips, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, and a Sprite soft drink. The food itself was pretty good. At first, it did not look appealing at all, compared to the stock photo you see online. I honestly had no idea what my uncle got me first, since I couldn't really tell what meat it was. Quick take: Simple combinations. These sandwiches have a basic simple flavor which I like. They have yummy french rolls for my #4 Turkey Tom. I wanted a non oily simple flavored sandwich. My expectations were met. Nothing fancy but I feel the combination of mayo, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and turkey were perfect. I also ordered a pickle slided in half. Get the pickle!
