I went to Albertsons on Tues Nov 11, 2025 for Pacific items like cheese on sale. I picked up a few other items my favorite pretzel 'Family Size sourdough' there wasn't one bag that wasn't crunched up and it's always that way 'EVERY BAG'. I'm not sure if it's the supplier, drivers or stockers, but Albertson needs to be mindful and address this issue. I was very disappointed every bag of pretzels on the shelf were crunched up. I got tired of returning items when I could and it's very unfortunate that the store is just existing. I would have given one star if it wasn't for the staff always being courteous and inviting.

Finally, the guy that worked at the meat counter, walked up, and he was obviously annoyed. Didn't say hello, didn't smile, and actually acted like he was angry/annoyed. He was also dressed in street clothes. It was such an odd experience because I've never had the Basha's employees act like that before. When we checked out, it was no better, there was a young girl checking us out who never made eye contact, said hello or anything to us at all. Why would I pay higher prices to be treated like I didn't exist? In the past, I actually became pretty close with the people who worked there because they were so great. Not the case now, sadly.
