I asked for an Italian sub with no mayo in the drive-thru. When I got home, my wife noticed it had mayonnaise on it. I drove 4 miles away from home to resolve the problem. I was greeted by a young lady with an attitude but the woman who took my order remembered and quickly made me another sandwich. I get home and there was mayonnaise on my wife sub again. Tired, I called and asked for a manager and was greeted with an attitude. read more

My husband ordered on the app. I got a #5. My sandwich was slathered in mayo. This sandwich isn't supposed to come with mayo. My husband was nice enough to take it all the way back and request a replacement. He got home and the second sandwich had mayo. I threw it in the trash. Unbelievable that employees dont even know what is supposed to be on their sandwiches. Thinking i am done with Jimmy Johns. Freaky fast at screwing up! read more

Rude as fuck. We asked for a bag and they gave us a dirty look, walked away after saying nothing, and did not provide a bag. Don't work in customer service if you're going to give people attitude over a bag. read more

My wife and I was trying to figure out what we were going to have for supper on the way home from walking our dog at the park. Then it hit me I have the Jimmy John's app. Easy money. Ordered from the app 2 sandwiches 10 minutes from the location. I arrived at the drive thru yes a drive thru! "hi welcome to Jimmy Johns how may I help you?" I told him I had an order to pick up. Driving around to the window I was greeted promptly and friendly. We did the transaction and he handed me my order. He said " Have a nice night sir." I could have done this order in my sleep it was so easy! This location gets it. Fast, friendly and a clean order process. Thanks guys! We'll see you soon! read more

Jimmy John's - the outside of a restaurant - Delis Near Me - Lawrence, Indiana

Once again I visited this store in hopes that service would be great as it used to be! Alas, I ordered online at 3:03 got there by 3:20 only to see a sign on the door "drive thru only." I get back in the car and now there's two cars ahead of me. It's now 3:40. I didn't leave until 4:00 pm. They didn't have the online order ready, they only made one sandwich. No apology just sitting waiting and now worrying about the quality of the food. Guess what it tasted like I thought and didn't have the peppers either. I realize Customer Service is hard but try and be friendly! Jimmy John's PAY the people for what they're doing please! And get a manager that WANTS to manage! read more

The general manager smells like sh*t and he has poor communication skills and is very rude to customers. he recently had an arg with me about me Order. I don't see him being a good fit for this store at all!!!! read more

Ordered twice in four days via the mobile app for pickup. Just a sandwich and drink both times. The first time I waited 30 minutes and the app never indicated my order was ready, so I just joined the queue. My sandwich was ready, and as I pulled away the app said it was ready. Sigh. I tried again today. Another 30 minute wait. I now have my sandwich and the app *still* says it's in progress. It would be faster just to order it at the store because they clearly don't know how to manage the mobile orders. read more

I walked in a 4pm on a Thursday, was the only person in the store. Not only was I waiting to order, I had to wait 10 minutes for the 6 employees present to stop talking and make one sandwich. So disappointing. read more

Ran in the rain tonight from smoothie king to jimmy johns ten minutes before they closed, and they refused to sell to me and told me they were closed after not allowing me to place a pick up order over the phone because they "wrapped their meats for the night". Well if a company doesn't close until 9. And I'm denied service ten minutes beforehand that is bullshit. Also, I understand everyone was a teenager and no one wants to work, but at the same time, maybe you should change the times you're actually open rather than them deny service while they're open because they would rather just not bring the company money in during your open hours because they're lazy. Young kid, short and stocky kid with blonde shaggy hair. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

You know people just don't care about anything anymore. At Jimmy Johns and these are the green tomatoes they put on my sandwich! I ask them why they would do that. People don't eat green tomatoes unless their fried. I didn't get an answer. Smh. read more

Jimmy John's - Nice and fresh but could have waited till they were rip! - Delis Near Me - Lawrence, Indiana

This may just be a sandwhich joint, but it's my favorite place to eat when I need something delicious! I am a Jimmy Johns-aholic because this place consistently delivers a GREAT sandwhich. Their drivers are professional and FAST. The restaurant itself is immaculate and the staff is always welcoming. They even have a drive through! read more

Ordered on the app at 2:15pm. Received notification promptly that my order was received at the store. I waited an hour for it to be delivered a half a mile down the road. I called to ask for an update after 45 minutes and was told it was out for delivery but the driver had 8 orders to deliver. Not so freaky fast if you ask me. I guess next time I'll visit the store instead of online delivery. read more

So tried this place again for benefit of doubt on employees bc I love the food. But again my order is messed up! I'm done going to this location. The employees are incompetent read more

Since our family doesn't do traditional fast food, this is a bout as "fast" as we get. We stood in line for Dollar Subs today and surprisingly it was only about 30 minutes start to finish. They were adequately staffed and had a good operation going to keep things moving smoothly. We like this location because we can stop in and grab our food quickly before heading downtown to a festival or some other event. read more

Ordered my sub over the phone, they charged my card and called back 25 minutes later to tell me that their location is out of my area and that they are not bringing it. I now don't get to eat a lunch. I am normally very respectful and understand mistakes but this seems to happen a lot at JJ's and they really don't care. If you are out of their area and they make the mistake, they don't offer you a free sub or say this was on us, I'll send someone out in 10 minutes, they say nothing and offer zero apologies for the oversight. If these subs weren't so damn good, I'd be forced to boycott them but I just can't. However, I won't go to this location because I am not certain they even know how to slice bread. read more

I don't know what is the problem at this particular location, but the employees have no idea what they're doing. I ordered a sub that comes standard on a sub roll, and received it on sandwich bread (sliced bread). This is kind of a problem because the only reason to go to JJ's is their sub rolls. So the next time, I specifically asked for the sandwich "on a sub roll, not sandwich bread". I received a pile of meat and cheese wrapped in lettuce. How the hell do you get "lettuce" from "sub roll"???? read more

I think the workers here are stoned and bone eyed. I ordered delivery, after almost 2 hours I called and asked about my order. At first they said it was on the way. The second time I called they said they had no record of my order and could not "find" it in the system. I stupidly ordered again and they never showed up. 420 weed is tight! I wish I could give a rating lower than zero, these guys would get a negative 5. read more

Food was amazing, restaurant was extremely clean, but staff had and unpleasant attitude

If you order for delivery don't expect it to be "freaky fast" - my office is literally across the street - and yet it takes them an hour to deliver - it has gotten so bad that I no longer order delivery but go through the drive through - when you call to ask where your order is you get the run around - and hope that they don't forget anything because it will be another hour before they can bring it to you! Maybe enough complaints to corporate will get someone over there to fix things - while the food is good - the service for delivery is not - pick it up if you have to have it! read more

Every single time that I've gone here it always tastes like they have a little bit of cleaning supplies on the food, the bread always taste like its laid on the surface that has just been cleaned, too clean, it always grosses me out and I usually just end up throwing my food away or just getting my money back. I definitely just won't be coming here anymore, it's not worth it, it's a waste of money. read more

My sandwiches are usually pretty good, my only complaint about them is I always ask for extra onions and half the time they either forget it or put so little on I thought they forgot it. They aren't expensive, especially when they slice them as thin as they do so I'm not sure what the problem is... The real problems I have experienced have been with timing and the delivery drivers themselves. I always have it delivered and want it 11:45-12. They will bring it at 11-11:15 unless I tell them I'm in meetings! It never fails. And I've also had the drivers complain openly about small tips or a lack of a tip. And they aren't the friendliest of delivery people so it's really no wonder.... read more

The rudest and most unhelpful staff. Of you're going to place an order try not to do it over the phone with them.

Standard Jimmy Johns fare: nothing especially good or bad about this one. Restaurant was very clean.

Normally the food we've gotten here and other Jimmy Johns has been very good (typically get the lettuce wraps). This time went for bacon, turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on bread. Big mistake. The bread was extremely STALE and dry. The 8" sandwich was 95% lettuce, about 1 1/2 slices of turkey, 2 pieces of bacon and 1 tomato. There was a small spot of mayo on one end. If this had been my first time at Jimmy Johns it would have also been my last. read more
