Definitely not freaky fast it took an hour for me to get my sandwich. Like can I get my time waiting back? No I can't.

ordered an unwich later at night. opened it up to find multiple bugs on it and it was late and was tired and hadn't eaten much so i just went to bed to deal with it the next day. came back the next day to tell them about it and the girl helping me was very passive aggressive and rude about it. not good customer service. told me i'm supposed to call within the same day because people will just try to get free stuff which i can understand, but i had proof of my order and even had a picture of it to show the bugs. still rude about it and begrudgingly made a note of it to management to cancel the transaction. not good customer service when i go in here. they do not handle things well in there. read more

So I am going to go rate JJ's based off an amazing experience over the weekend...I had 40 hungry people at work and needed to get them fed. Called JJ's and inquired about get some sandwich platters. Guy that answered the phone was amazing, answered all my questions and had these giant party trays ready in 35 mins! He made few suggestions to make sure everyone would get something they liked and when I went in it was already ready! Place was spotless and so clean. There is a reason JJ's has so many bad reviews. The sandwiches taste worse than something you could put together at home and the service is incredibly rude. I've tried them twice and I won't go back. Two days ago I ordered a sandwich, I thought it tasted just fine but was only bummer that my sandwich was over half jsut bread (not filled fully). Unfortunately later found out the sand which gave me severe food poisoning. I ate the sandwich two days ago, and just today am starting to feel normal. This location can't cut a pickle or roll an unwhich to save their lives. Other than that, it's a Jimmy John's. The company model is consistency so it should be the same everywhere. But every time this week I've had to unmake the unwhich to get the wrapper out of the center of the sammich and then re roll it. read more

Our club soccer team came here after our game and they claimed they didn't have any bread. After we all ordered they brought out 3 rows of bread so most of our team had to either have it wrapped in lettuce or on wheat bread. They were very un organized and rude to us. They got a lot of our orders wrong, wouldn't let us use rewards, and were blunt and rude even though we brought in 15 customers for them. I've never been to a worse jimmy johns. read more

Oh Jimmy Johns - my favorite fast sandwich place on the planet - you have done it yet again. This location is another typical store, albeit a little small, but it's standard. Funny signage. Nice employees. Good food. Though my sandwich (number 6 no mayo) was a bit bland compared to the other times I've had it, but it could just be the mood my mouth was in. Good food. Fast and ready to go. They were so fast they didn't here the full order before starting the sandwich.

Ordered 2 Turkey Toms and one Beach Club. Apparently, Jimmy John's changed the menu and cucumber is now "optional", not standard on the sandwich anymore. So, looking forward to a late lunch, we get home and there is no cucumber on the 2 subs. I drive back with my 2 sandwiches. I see the menu board has changed, indicating that cucumbers are (optional). Seriously, without either sprouts or cucumber, it's just a plain old turkey sandwich. I pointed out that I was not asked whether I wanted cucumber (or any of those 'free' toppings for that matter.) Mind you, I was asked TWICE if I wanted cheese on my 2 subs. The counter person said, "Can you open your sandwich up?" I could have been a jerk about her improper grammar. I told her that they should have asked whether we wanted cucumber on our sub and also told them I had just spent nearly $18 on 3 subs AND didn't even get a napkin. One snarky counterperson said, "They are right in front." Well, there was ONE napkin stuck underneath a bunch of styrofoam cups. Yet again, "dine out" patrons never get napkins, no matter where you go. I guess we are doomed to use our sleeves or arms. Normally, I would have given this establishment a 4/5 since I have been here numerous times. But, the snarky attitudes of the staff today make me want to stay away for quite some time. Yes, the jimmy johns delivery man coming in the door with my sandwiches. We ordered four subs and they were delicious! In my town we have your well known sub place, and this was a nice change! 1) scheduled major construction project with zero forewarning to their paying customers. 2) even though I offered to pay full price for a sandwich if I could just get two slices of bread I was told absolutely not. I offered to order a ham sand, hold the ham, cheese, veg and condiments and was told that was ridiculous. 3) tuna is made WAY too far ahead of time, and staff is not made conscious of potential food borne illness related to such 4) onions are ALWAYS nasty and old 5) while fast, also sloppy, and do not follow directions well. Any quality shop can understand the following order: Two #5, one with no tom, one with no lettuce, both with dijon. This means I wanted two sands, one without tomato, one without lettuce. The sands I was given were incorrectly made, nor was the requested dijon added. I will say that the young lady normally at the front is a very personable gal, but there is no management effort to correct or rectify problems or mistakes beyond "well, what do you expect us to do". Jimmy John's is always a good sandwich stop. It beats the pants off of Subway/Quiznos. The service is always good; quick, friendly and not too expensive. Plus, they deliver. Probably some of the fastest delivery around. Annnnd, they deliver until 3 a.m. Thursday-Saturday. Turkey Tom and the Vito are good subs to try! read more

I have been enjoying eating and ordering delivery from this Jimmy John's for four years now. I have never had a concern with this establishment until today. I ordered online, which allows me to customize my sandwich. In addition to the sandwich, I ordered chips, a drink, and a cookie. My food arrived in a timely manner, for a reasonable price. When I opened my Jimmy John's bag, I noticed several things. First, there were no mustard packets which I had requested with my order. It even says mustard packets on my ticket. Even though I can't eat a turkey sandwich without mustard, it is a forgivable mistake. Second, no cookie. My chips and sandwich appeared to be all there but my cookie was missing. I called the store to let them know this and they sent a driver right out with my cookie; I might add that they were courteous over the phone and got my cookie to me right away. Third, when I opened my sandwich I noticed there was no cheese (an add-on which I also paid for). I really didn't want to call the store again so I let it go. The amount of turkey on the sandwich was minimal, and I was left disappointed. It's a shame for a place where I have had good experiences up until this point. read more
