Haven't been to this eatery in about 15 years and figured I'd give it a shot. Ordered one of their "new" toasted subs: chicken bacon ranch. The other 2 "new" toasted subs are an Italian and a roast beef with cheddar. None are exactly trailblazing ideas, but they are clearly delectable favorites of the sandwich world. Bread: it was good. It was "French." Had a nice crust on the outside, but soft inside and actually had flavor. One of the better chain breads I've had, especially out here in colorado where bread products typically are awful. It's also a sturdy bread that stands up to the sauce, unlike subway's gym mat bread. Veggies: honestly hard to tell because it was SMOTHERED in ranch sauce. I think they were decent. Sauce: by default, they put both mayo AND ranch on a chicken bacon ranch. Seems like overkill doesn't it? I asked for the mayo to be withheld but couldn't tell if it was or not. Wrapping: it was wrapped tightly. No complaints here. MEAT: This is my beef (pun intended hahah). There were about 2 tablespoons of chicken on an 8" CHICKEN bacon ranch. What gives? For $10 I'd expect a lot more meat than this. The meat portion control reminds me of subway, in a bad, bad way. Overall, if they could get their sauce proportions right, and actually put meat on their sandwiches, jimmy John's would be decent. Unfortunately, acquisition by private capital probably put this place on a downward trajectory. 1 star added for the bread quality. Otherwise this would be a one star joint. read more

Stopped in today while my car was getting serviced at Toyota. It is in close proximity to the deal ship, so was a convenient lunch spot!! The staff was extremely friendly and my sandwich came out very quickly. Will definitely be back when I am in the area! read more

Everyone has been ranting and raving about Jimmy John's subs, so I decided to try it out. I was craving a turkey sandwich so I thought it would be a good time to give this place a chance. It is easy to find and located in the same parking lot as Chick-fil-A. I stepped up to the counter and quickly placed my order. The employees were nice and prompt, and the restaurant itself seemed bright and clean. Their toppings are pretty basic and simple. I got a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, olives, mayo, and mustard. The sandwich was made fast and we were out of there quickly. About 3 bites in I started to get a stomach ache. I am not sure if it was the taste of the mayo or just that there was so much of it. I literally could not finish even half of my sandwich. To this day, my stomach still gets a wave of nausea when I think about it. I enjoy mayo on my sandwiches, but for whatever reason this sandwich just was not good. I tried to wipe off some of the condiments, but it still was not very tasty. If I ever come here again I think I will have to skip the mayo and mustard just to see if it helps this sandwich in any way. For now though, I think I will stick with Subway or just make my sandwiches at home. read more

It's ridiculous that this place has a 2.5 rating. If you look closer, it has nothing to do with the food, but the service. I'll cover that first. The guy at the register might have needed some help. When we ordered with a slight adjustment to one sandwich, he made a face like he was trying to figure out 7+4-3 (eyes rolled up in head and mouth slightly open). A guy to his left helped him out. Amazingly, this has been the best meal I've had in CO after being here six days (one day to go). You always know what you're going to get at JJ, and I like it. As far as other food in CO not satisfying, I figured it out. Everyone is stoned, so the food tastes good no matter what. The natural beauty and laid back attitude is likely to impress you. Tasty sandwiches. Ordered three and was pleased. Only provolone cheese? One size fits all I guess. That was a surprise, but the sandwiches were good. The service was so fast that they forgot to label the different sandwiches clearly and when I asked which was which they could not tell me, but had to open them up and then rewrap them. After making my selection and paying I wanted to watch the sandwich being prepared. I was rudely told to move to the opposite end of the counter by an employee. I explained I was just watching and then the alleged manager/owner even more rudely told me to move. The resulting conversation degraded to the manager flipping me off and saying it was customers like me that made his job miserable and ending with an F you. My wife and I have supported this business through Covid but this is the last time I will ever visit this store. read more

They wouldn't put pickles on my sandwich. Only on the side. Wtf? They didn't know why either, just that they can't lol. Geez. The tables were dirty too even with 5 employees. This is the 2nd time in a row they have not put hot peppers on my sandwich, and this time I specifically asked if they got them on when they handed me my sandwich. I'll never be back to this Jimmy Johns, despite living just around the corner, because when I called to let them know their error, the manager said "oh sorry" AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! This location is the worst one in the city- it's run by teenagers. If their service is this inadequate with employees and management so careless, I can only imagine what kind of short cuts and mismanagement is going on in the kitchen in regards to sanitization and proper food storage. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. The sandwiches took 20 minutes and they weren't even busy. When we finally got our food there was a nasty hair in my sandwich! The little girl working the cash register was a total b****. She was so out of it, when we asked for our drink cups she completely ignored us. What ever happened to customer service!?! This location goes above and beyond the call of duty. They helped me sort out a catering order that left both parties satisfied with the details. I spoke with many people, at this location (who knew a catering order could end up requiring so many steps.... from my side, not theirs) and every person I spoke with went above and beyond. The food arrived on time and the order was as stated. The sandwiches were fresh and pleased everyone who ate. Kudos to the GM, and his employees, who made my life easier and helped me work out the details. I will be happy to keep returning to this location for catering or a quick bite to eat. read more

This is the best jimmy johns in town. I'm glad to see they are getting the youth to participate and provide for the economy by hiring many young teens. The bread is made fresh every day and so is everything els I think. One of the new kids, I don't know his name, was especially helpful, he had kinda long brown hair. A must go. read more

Went to this location Monday night 11/11/2019 around 7:30PM they were cleaning, looked like they were about to close, but I new they were open till 9:00PM. They didn't have a sign on the door saying that they were going to close early. I walked in, the booths were pushed up against the counter where you order and pay for your food. Right then I should have left... I had to lean over the bench to pay for my food... All four boys acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there, and they also messed up my order... I enjoy going to Jimmy John's but I will never go to this location again. read more

The young girl with long red hair needs to be fired. She stares at you like your annoying when you walk up to order. The ground where they are making sandwiches is absolutely disgusting. Most jimmy Johns are not like this. Took forever to get our sandwiches and I paid for extra avocado on my sandwich and didn't get it. I went up and asked for the spread and they said they were out of it. I said that I paid for this. The response was oh okay and then they added a table spoon to the edge of my sandwich and handed it back.
