First time coming here. This place is located in a dead strip mall area but it seems to be the only active place. Bathrooms here are okay. Staff is college kids that are laid back. Still the same "freaky fast" service. Super easy to find parking. read more

Had Jimmy Johns delivered to our truck while waiting at warehouse. Which that part is awesome! Love Jimmy Johns, but today the sandwiches didn't have enough oil and vinegar, or mayo. Asked for extras of both, and extra mayo packets which we didn't get. Meat didn't taste as fresh as other locations? Just okay. Overall Disappointed. Only 3 napkins for 2 giant subs. The food is pretty much the same at every JJ's. Good. What sets one location apart from another (to me) is the service. Napkins apparently are worth the price of gold. The last three times I've ordered I've checked the box "include napkins". Why is that even there? INCLUDE NAPKINS!!! I've even filled in the "additional instructions" with "please include 15-20 napkins". None. Every time. Yes. I'm nitpicking. I always eat here and I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I had to give my input on how well I was treated after a small mistake made by a new employee had me very upset that my grandma was charged a 2.50 delivery fee to walk the sandwich outside who could not walk I contacted corporate about the incident and the principal behind why I was upset and the general manager Justin got in immediate contact with me and completely apologized for the employee and explained he was a new hire and didn't know he was to manually change it to pick up. My delivery driver knew I was paying with cash and only had 1 dollar for change and I was paying with a 20 dollar bill. I had to run around to get change on my lunch and pay him. I called and spoke with the manager and asked her if I could be compensated for my inconvenience and she replied we are not giving you anything. No customer service, no regard for Covid safety protocols and no pride in their work. Walked in to see two backs. It took about 30 seconds for the employees (which were way too many 6-7 all standing behind the counter) to finish their conversation. When the young man finally turned around his mask was below his face. He picked it up to cover his mouth but not his nose (2 others had their nose out). The music was so loud he had to yell which kept making his mask fall below his mouth. He wasn't friendly and all 3 sandwiches were very sloppy. Very little tuna salad (this is my go to so I know it should come with more) on my sub. At least the food tastes the same from location to location but I would choose one that cares about safety - who knows how they handle the food when you aren't looking if they can't even follow safety protocol in front of you. The girl at the end of the line was very nice when I asked for some extras. 10/3 around 12:30. Hopefully management can address. read more
