The food was fine. Typical Jimmy Johns. But oh my goodness-- took over 45 minutes to get our delivery order. We were at a hotel a 6 minute *walk* from the place. I would've gone to pick up myself if I'd known it would take so long. Nothing freaky fast about this place. read more

Great restaurant chain. The meat in the sandwich is better than Subway but not as gratuitous as Jersey Mike's. The bread is always fresh and the food is always good. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. This is a casual restaurant. read more

Is freaky fast not a thing anymore? Every time I pull up to the drive in they say I'll be with you in a moment and they aren't back to take my order in the time it use to take to order pay and get my order. I started doing pick up and it's not uncommon for it to be 20 plus minutes before they make it. Most of the time they don't start making it till I'm already there asking for it. The drive in is moving at a pace of one car every 5 minutes which is honestly unreal. Literally 20 + minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. If this isn't fixed soon I will exclusively go to firehouse across the street. read more

We have come twice to and from our vacation spots! Both times the service and food were great! I was glad we stopped and not sure why it's so low reviewed? It was great for us! read more

I placed an online order today at 11:46 am and my order wasn't delivered until 12:39 pm. Super unsatisfied!!!

Do not mobile order from this store. They will take more than an hour to get your sandwich done. I have reported them to corporate. Horrible management and service. read more

Slowest drive through I've ever been in. Ordered a drive through pickup order and waited over 30 minutes....horrible.

I like their subs but they are pricey. The service is OK but again it's pricey. I don't use the app my spouse does and it looks easy to operate. The inside appears clean I haven't use the restroom. But I do like the drive-through. read more

No water in basin in women's restroom. Dirty tables and floors. Waited about 30 minutes for a sandwich

The service is HORRIBLE!! I waited for 40 minutes and had to leave WITHOUT A SANDWICH (they hadn't even started making it) So fast you'll freak! Yeah, right. read more

I'm always satisfied when I order Jimmy john's it's fresh and filling they're quick I would get it more if the wife let me

Slow service compared to other Jimmy John's. One girl working had her curly black head of hair on arm laying on the counter where they were putting sandwiches. We were wondering why she wasn't helping? read more

Food was good, but when we didn't get our whole order and called to get the rest of it they told my aunt she was a liar and that she was "freaking out". Absolutely abhorrent behavior. We are def getting ahold of corporate and probably never ordering from this Jimmy Johns ever again. read more

Employee called my wife a bitch. Because they couldn't get her sandwich right. They wouldn't give us the managers # I will never eat here again. I order for my office staff also they will loose my business there to. read more

I only had about 20mins for "lunch" so I thought... what is super fast and not greasy? Jimmy Johns! Too bad they were not super fast! I ordered my sandwich online at 5:09pm, showed up about 30 mins later just to be told they hadn't gotten to my order yet. The guy barely looked up at me when addressing me... he said they had a lot of sandwiches to make. So I asked him how long he thought it would be, he didn't respond so I asked again and again nothing. I didn't have time to wait so I went back to work thinking maybe when the "track your order" said my sandwich was ready I could hurry back and pick it up... guess what, that didn't happen. I waited over 2 hours... Check the time stamp on my photo... I tried to call but no one answered and I didn't have time to go back just to be told they had a lot of sandwiches to make. I paid for a sandwich I never got for a chain that prides itself on fast service. What a joke... no more jimmy johns... Ever! Wow - I should have read the previous reviews. Seems like this store has problems but since people keep ordering management must not see a problem with the way they do business. read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwiches Near Me - Idaho Falls, Idaho

Just got dinner there and the staff was extremely friendly and fast. They helped us with our order and were very knowledgeable about their toppings. The sandwiches were made to perfection and tasted amazing! It's walking distance from our hotel which was extremely convenient for us! read more

Great Sandwich, I had the unwich with extra onion, and both kinds of mustard, added peppers. Everything VERY fresh and SO GOOD! read more

Until yesterday (9-7-22) I enjoyed Jimmy Johns. What they did was SO WRONG! The sandwich took an hour to get here. It wasn't handed to anyone. It was set on a table inside the door. We finally saw it. Meanwhile I called talked to the manager and he was sending out another sandwich. Okay. The DELIVERY KID comes and wants the bag from the first order. When this kid arrived he handed me the second sandwich. I got the empty bag and then this delivery kid said "I need that one back". That one he meant was the second sandwich which he first handed to me. He came for an empty bag and to play cat and mouse with the second sandwich which in our eyes was a courtesy to do since it was over an hour for the first sandwich. It was the right thing to do--bring another order out of convenience for waiting an hour. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE ABOUT THIS. So far--people are shocked. As they should be. You Sir, just lost a customer for life and I hope me telling others will make them think twice about ordering from your store on Utah Avenue in Idaho Falls, ID read more

Have been here a few times. Sandwiches are good. Crew is friendly and polite. Facility is very clean. I will be going back.

I eat at Jimmy Johns whenever I can. Have never had bad service or had them mess up on my order. Tonight I ordered my favorite Beach Club no tomatoes no lettuce less cheese. Extra meat extra guacamole. There was soo much lettuce on the sandwich. Not extra meat not extra guacamole. Had it delivered too my place of Business gave the driver a 2.50 tip plus my 9.50 sandwich I have texture issue and no matter how hard you try you can never get all the lettuce off the sandwich I just gave up and tossed it in the trash. read more

I like this place. Pretty good for a chain. The only issue I have is sometimes their bread is too hard. The hoagies look so soft and good, but every time I choose hoagie its crunchy. The Whole wheat bread is awesome though. They are fast also. I had my sandwich handed to me before I signed my receipt for the CC transaction. read more

I ordered 1 simple sandwich from the Utah building along with some other coworkers on different tickets. We picked up our order and the drive thru and went back to work were we found 6 random sandwiches and mine was no were to be found. I emailed the store about the issue and I received a call from a worker on there cell phone basically telling me it was my fault and we took the wrong bag. We were handed this bag through the drive through and was told we were good to go... she proceeded to ask me if I planned on coming and picking up the extra sandwich with means i would have to leave work and go get it.... um no... you screwed up and then had the worst customer service about it... Never again. read more

We ordered box lunches for a COVID friendly work meeting and Jimmy John's went above and beyond to get us our food after we made a mistake with the order date! We were wowed by their awesome customer service! read more

Why is it that 99% of the time I use your drive through window you guys get my order wrong?? I live 25 minutes away so when I get home and unwrap my sandwich and see that you didn't make it the way I ordered it I'm not going to waste my gas coming back for you to get it right. Tonight we were the only ones in the drive through so I know you weren't crazy busy. It would be nice to be able to trust your business to make the orders correctly but you don't have a very good record of it in my book. Hope to see some improvement in this area. read more

Stopped in for lunch. One car in front of me in the drive thru, one behind. Ordered the same sandwich i order every time, #10 no tomato, easy, easy on the mayo. I say it the same way every time or I get to wear mayo on my shirt at my next service call. What I received was not even close to what I ordered. (later the manager said it was a number 8 with extra mayo). I was headed out of town to a service call in Wyoming. I opened my sandwich on the road about Ririe. Took a bite without looking, expecting to taste roast beef, and was greeted with a mouth full of mayo. I promptly rolled down the window and spit that awful mouthful out, then wrapped the sandwich back up as it was disgusting. I went on to my service call, then returned home. I drove past my house in Rigby to Idaho falls, hoping to get my money back for having ruined my lunch, my only meal of the day. The manager offered to make another sandwich. I refused. I don't trust you to make that sandwich correctly now. I just want my money back. Manager didn't agree. Here is your one star. I'll post one to google for you, too. Thanks for the worst sandwich ever. And you should not be allowed to wear those "Subs so fast you'll freak" shirts. One thing you most definitely are not, and that is fast. read more

2 hours later no sandwiches or chips for my husband and me! We live a mile away and they hold a record of 6 minute delivery! I was hung up on twice by the guy who also was the delivery driver! In this 2 hour period a female manager left and a male manager came on duty. The delivery driver would not allow me to speak to the male manager now on duty!! There was miscommunication on both sides BUT cleared up with female manager and was told to expect our order within 30 minutes! An order that was sitting on a cold table all this time!! I don't think she related any of what her and I discussed with male manager or driver! I had such a craving for my sandwich! Read their Facebook reviews for Idaho Falls, ID...on Utah Avenue! A general 2.8 overall review! I expect decent customer service! read more

This place is absolutely brutal - brutal with a capital "B". I ordered a sub at 8 o'clock at night and they called me after 40 minutes and said "oh we're sorry it's going to be another 30 minutes" - takes over an hour to get a sub delivered. Wow - I thought their commercial was it was supposed to be "freaky fast" - more like "freaky terrible". In addition, when it finally does get delivered it's 20% more than the guy in the phone told me it was going to be. Totally brutal. read more

I called in an order for pickup so I could surprise my wife with lunch. Ran in to pick it up, and it was ready to go. I was in and out the door in two minutes. Great service and very friendly. Was glad I called ahead because was busy and all tables were filled. Highly recommend calling your order ahead of going into the restaurant. read more

I usually love this place but lately their deliveries have taken upwards of 45 mins and most of my orders have been wrong or missing something. I could have gone to Albertsons bough the product and done it myself in that time frame. Sad cause sometimes I am stuck at work and this was a great option for me. Fix your service please. read more

THE WORST Jimmy John's we have EVER been to in ALL our travels. So bad we actually went back to complain and remake our sandwichs. Did not make them as ordered, this was on indoor order NOT drive through. NOT A HAPPY TRAVLER. : ( read more

While the food is good, the customer service is horrible. Only car sitting in the drive through, over 15 minutes to get order while other people on the interior of the building came and went. After bringing it up to corporate they state that the store is independent and that the Manager would contact me. Manager was too lazy to follow up and corporate was not interested in properly following up after they were given information that Manager failed to respond. Most franchises have rules and regulations for customer service, apparently this does not apply in this case. read more

A truly impressive establishment. Unbelievably fast delivery. Fresh bread, incredibly large sandwiches. Delicious. Very reasonable prices. Ordered her at least a dozen times. Never got less than impressive service, friendly drivers and tremendous and scrumptios sandwiches. Five stars. read more

Was disappointed. Every table was covered with slop and debris from previous customers. Had to beg for napkins (which appear to be hidden) to wipe off my table. Took way too long to make an 8" sub. I'm not coming back read more

Freaky slow. They don't have enough employees working. I felt bad for the guy, he was working as fast as he could but he was trying to fill drive-thru orders, phone orders and walk-in orders. There were 3 people delivering orders and one girl in there but seemed to be doing nothing. They really needs 3 people making sandwiches if they are going to have a drive-thru and delivery service too. The owners are cutting back to save money but they are going to lose a lot of business for making these short cuts. read more

Delicious sandwiches, fast service, friendly workers! I get the Italian club or the country club each time we're in and am always happy.

I have never had a problem before, but today I ordered a wrap sandwich the meat was good as always but the lettuce looked like bits and pieces of left over, couldn't even hold the meat together, everything falling apart.Very hard to enjoy your sandwich when it is falling all over you. read more
