Is freaky fast not a thing anymore? Every time I pull up to the drive in they say I'll be with you in a moment and they aren't back to take my order in the time it use to take to order pay and get my order. I started doing pick up and it's not uncommon for it to be 20 plus minutes before they make it. Most of the time they don't start making it till I'm already there asking for it. The drive in is moving at a pace of one car every 5 minutes which is honestly unreal. Literally 20 + minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. If this isn't fixed soon I will exclusively go to firehouse across the street. read more

I only had about 20mins for "lunch" so I thought... what is super fast and not greasy? Jimmy Johns! Too bad they were not super fast! I ordered my sandwich online at 5:09pm, showed up about 30 mins later just to be told they hadn't gotten to my order yet. The guy barely looked up at me when addressing me... he said they had a lot of sandwiches to make. So I asked him how long he thought it would be, he didn't respond so I asked again and again nothing. I didn't have time to wait so I went back to work thinking maybe when the "track your order" said my sandwich was ready I could hurry back and pick it up... guess what, that didn't happen. I waited over 2 hours... Check the time stamp on my photo... I tried to call but no one answered and I didn't have time to go back just to be told they had a lot of sandwiches to make. Until yesterday (9-7-22) I enjoyed Jimmy Johns. What they did was SO WRONG! The sandwich took an hour to get here. It wasn't handed to anyone. It was set on a table inside the door. We finally saw it. Meanwhile I called talked to the manager and he was sending out another sandwich. Okay. The DELIVERY KID comes and wants the bag from the first order. When this kid arrived he handed me the second sandwich. I got the empty bag and then this delivery kid said "I need that one back". That one he meant was the second sandwich which he first handed to me. He came for an empty bag and to play cat and mouse with the second sandwich which in our eyes was a courtesy to do since it was over an hour for the first sandwich. It was the right thing to do--bring another order out of convenience for waiting an hour. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE ABOUT THIS. I eat at Jimmy Johns whenever I can. Have never had bad service or had them mess up on my order. Tonight I ordered my favorite Beach Club no tomatoes no lettuce less cheese. Extra meat extra guacamole. There was soo much lettuce on the sandwich. Not extra meat not extra guacamole. Had it delivered too my place of Business gave the driver a 2.50 tip plus my 9.50 sandwich I have texture issue and no matter how hard you try you can never get all the lettuce off the sandwich I just gave up and tossed it in the trash. read more

I ordered 1 simple sandwich from the Utah building along with some other coworkers on different tickets. We picked up our order and the drive thru and went back to work were we found 6 random sandwiches and mine was no were to be found. I emailed the store about the issue and I received a call from a worker on there cell phone basically telling me it was my fault and we took the wrong bag. I like this place. Pretty good for a chain. The only issue I have is sometimes their bread is too hard. The hoagies look so soft and good, but every time I choose hoagie its crunchy. Why is it that 99% of the time I use your drive through window you guys get my order wrong?? I live 25 minutes away so when I get home and unwrap my sandwich and see that you didn't make it the way I ordered it I'm not going to waste my gas coming back for you to get it right. Stopped in for lunch. One car in front of me in the drive thru, one behind. Ordered the same sandwich i order every time, #10 no tomato, easy, easy on the mayo. I say it the same way every time or I get to wear mayo on my shirt at my next service call. What I received was not even close to what I ordered. (later the manager said it was a number 8 with extra mayo). I was headed out of town to a service call in Wyoming. I opened my sandwich on the road about Ririe. Took a bite without looking, expecting to taste roast beef, and was greeted with a mouth full of mayo. I promptly rolled down the window and spit that awful mouthful out, then wrapped the sandwich back up as it was disgusting. I went on to my service call, then returned home. I drove past my house in Rigby to Idaho falls, hoping to get my money back for having ruined my lunch, my only meal of the day. The manager offered to make another sandwich. I refused. I don't trust you to make that sandwich correctly now. I just want my money back. Manager didn't agree. Here is your one star. I'll post one to google for you, too. 2 hours later no sandwiches or chips for my husband and me! We live a mile away and they hold a record of 6 minute delivery! I was hung up on twice by the guy who also was the delivery driver! In this 2 hour period a female manager left and a male manager came on duty. The delivery driver would not allow me to speak to the male manager now on duty!! There was miscommunication on both sides BUT cleared up with female manager and was told to expect our order within 30 minutes! An order that was sitting on a cold table all this time!! This place is absolutely brutal - brutal with a capital "B". I ordered a sub at 8 o'clock at night and they called me after 40 minutes and said "oh we're sorry it's going to be another 30 minutes" - takes over an hour to get a sub delivered. While the food is good, the customer service is horrible. Only car sitting in the drive through, over 15 minutes to get order while other people on the interior of the building came and went. After bringing it up to corporate they state that the store is independent and that the Manager would contact me. Manager was too lazy to follow up and corporate was not interested in properly following up after they were given information that Manager failed to respond. Most franchises have rules and regulations for customer service, apparently this does not apply in this case. read more

Freaky slow. They don't have enough employees working. I felt bad for the guy, he was working as fast as he could but he was trying to fill drive-thru orders, phone orders and walk-in orders. There were 3 people delivering orders and one girl in there but seemed to be doing nothing.
