While patrons were eager to order, we would have been understanding if the facility wasn't open. Nonetheless, I believe the manager should have been present to motivate the staff and provide guidance in such conditions. It was 94° outside and it was hotter in the restaurant. You can make it a box lunch by adding a bag of Jimmy chips, cookie, and a pickle spear. Cold beverages are also available. I made a pickup online order for an 8" Jimmy Cubano, which is their version of a Cuban...minus the pork and bacon is added. There were only a few people inside eating when I arrived. Me and my cousin, Bob went last Sunday (December 10th) .I ordered a turkey tom and took two bites and realized the meat tasted bad. I brought it to the counter where Terence shouted " We cut our meat fresh daily", and turned around and walked away. I left the sandwich next to the register where it remained. I waited for Bob to finish his meal and we left. At no time did Terence offer to make another FRESH sub or refund my hard earned money. I submitted an online complaint to corporate but just like Terence, I was ignored. No response from anyone. At work, a Jimmy John's employee come in to bring us some free sandwiches today. I hadn't eaten breakfast and it really saved my life! I have never tried jimmy johns because I don't particularly enjoy eating sub sandwiches but, I was hungry so I tried it anyway. I am too plain, I like turkey, lettuce and mayo and thats what they brought! The sandwich reminded me of my mom making me a sandwich with good simple ingredients, it is basic but hit the spot. The bread I think is what really makes the sandwich, soft yet crunchy. I enjoyed it. The employee was kind and personable, and really brightened up the day with the free sandwiches, so thank you Jimmy Johns. I ate two. lol read more

This is the 2nd and last time that I will ever go to this business, upon entering the store I noticed the multitasking immediately. The individual mopping the floor was also the prep and cashier without washing of hands. Love this JJ! My coworkers and I frequently order from here. It's close to home and so quick! I've timed them delivering to my house.. 15 mins. I picked up an order today that was ready in 10 mins, from time of placing the call to driving and picking it up. The subs are delicious, but a little more expensive than Publix subs(much quicker ordering from JJ too).. I usually order the Italian Night Club, but today my boyfriend and I decided to have the "gargantuan". Man, does it resemble its name! It was huge and three times the meat you would get at a Publix! Jimmy John's does a great job with their brand. Every location is more or less the same. However, the best test for a sandwich maker that I have come up with is, can they make an unwich? And, how well? For this location, it was made very well(does it fall apart). If you don't know, an unwich is a lettuce wrap version of any sandwich that they offer. I'm currently on a ketogenic diet and can't eat bread. Jimmy Johns is one of my go to's thanks to the "unwich." I still go for the JJ gargantuan. It is so good! Maybe one day I'll try one of their other sandwiches. I had to deduct a star because they are overcharged the lady in front of me and it took forever for them to sort it out. There's just...no reason for Jimmy John's to be anywhere near a Publix. At least Subway has the upside of being dirt cheap. These subs are plastic compared to Publix subs, and you know what? I ordered them, because I saw them sitting there. So I place my order, and go wait for the sandwich. The confused girl making my sandwich just handed me the sandwiches. "...Can I have a bag and a napkin?" "You have to grab it yourself," she says. Silly me, should have been obvious that those things were self-served, considering they were behind the counter, in the employees' work station. But whatever. Then I noticed she forgot the day-old bread. She told me to go back to the cashier for that. I go back to the cashier, and he looks confused, turns around, looks back at me and says, "I guess there isn't any day old bread...do you actually want a 49 cent refund?" I look him dead in the eyes, then stared, confused, at the day old bread sitting in a pyramid right in front of me. Then I looked back at him in the eye, and wondered if he was, on principle, going to let me walk out the door, without the food I paid for, with the audacity to ask me if I "ACTUALLY" wanted my 49 cent refund. Are you kidding me? I know it's just 49 cents, but dude. But then I guess he noticed the huge pyramid of bread sitting 6 inches away from his eyeballs, and handed the loaf to me. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that pretty much every element of my sandwich was wrong. It's like she looked at the receipt she used to build the sandwich and said "f**k that" and just made whatever she wanted to make. All I have to say about this place is that they have a horrible driver. We were on Johnson Street on January 9th at around 3:10 PM and this guy driving a delivery car almost rams into my mom and little brothers. We could have been killed by this driver. This Jimmy Johns is amazing with Delivery! I am only giving 4 stars for delivery! Now when you actually eat there it's not the best experience. Customer service is not very good and they employees seem to have a problem with making a sandwich that has a few tweaks to it. And they roll their eyes at you. Being in the food industry is all about customer service and keeping your customers happy and coming back. Thankfully they deliver and I don't deal with seeing the rude employees. Not all I have dealt with have been rude it was a couple of them on different shifts and different days. But regardless it's your job! Just do it! Tiny sandwiches. I thought they had given me the wrong order. I guess the sandwiches sound a lot bigger on the menu than they actually are. I would need to eat two of them just to be satisfied. The staff was indifferent, but I don't have high expectations for minimum-wage teenage employees to begin with, so that didn't really bother me. If I have to order two sandwiches to get a complete meal, it's going to end up costing more than Quizno's. As long as I'm going to subject myself to corporate swill, I'll just get one large sandwich from Quizno's and call it a day. JJ's = vastly overrated product.
