The food was unbelievably fresh, perfectly seasoned, beautifully prepared, and so authentic you could literally taste the love and effort in every bite. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt mass-produced -- it felt like it came straight out of a Polish grandmother's kitchen. The owners and staff deserve a standing ovation. Even with the insane Christmas Eve rush, they were calm, kind, and every dish came out hot and absolutely perfect. Hands down, this is the best Polish cuisine within a 100-mile radius -- no contest. I will be ordering from Carpathia for every holiday moving forward, and I can't thank them enough for making our Christmas Eve truly unforgettable.

The toilet was covered in pee and pubic hair...I thought maybe someone was a slob and messed up the bathroom so I was going to just let the staff know the bathroom needs some TLC...but then I saw the checklist on the wall showing the bathroom should be checked hourly. Holy cheese and rice...the check list was from 6/27...in case your math is a little shaken...that SIXTEEN DAYS AGO. After seeing the checklist, I know why that bathroom looked like a Speedway station bathroom...it isn't being cleaned regularly. For kick and grins, I checked the ladies room since no one was in there and that bathroom didn't even have a checklist on the wall. When was the last time they cleaned that restroom??? The clincher was when I went to wash my hands...just like the employees should be doing when they use the restroom...AND not only was the sink disgusting....THERE WAS NO SOAP. If there is no soap in the restroom...how are the employees washing their hands????? I was not interested in finding out if the do or do not wash their hands after using the bathroom here...I left the bathroom and threw my ENTIRE LUNCH in the trash. $17 lunch...straight into the garbage...didn't even take a bite. I can deal with food mistakes but this is disgusting.
