On my mobile app, I wanted to order my favorite sandwich at Jimmy John's. It is the little John BLT, chips, and a large soda. Apparently, this location, no longer sells the little Jon BLT so I had to order the regular size. That was way way too much for me to eat. Prior to eating I looked in the bag and saw that I had two large sodas. I mentioned that to the delivery driver and he said just keep it. Once I was finished eating, I looked at the receipt on the bag and noticed that I have been charged for two sodas when I only ordered one and two bags of chips when I only ordered one. I have no inkling to try any of the other subs at Jimmy John's and since they no longer have the little John BLT, I won't be visiting there at any time in the future. read more

Forgot why I haven't been here for 2 yrs, but they managed to remind me quickly. Outside of the outlandish cost. The simple rule of calling out a customers number for some reason been replaced with a whisper, of get this, the menus number of which you ordered. Not that the possibility of others ordering the same number existed. But for over 60 yrs, every deli, bakery, fleet farm, and so on, used a number based system telling the customer their "ORDER" is ready or your next. NOPE not Jimmy Jones, Germantown, WI. Let's have loud music, customers chatting, texting and kitchen noises all going off at the same time, then add a pre-pubescent teenager whispering the wrong information. Food was good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS S*it place! I ordered a sandwich meal today and accidentally put in the wrong address because it auto populated and my food was delivered across the street. When I found this out I wasn't mad about it and told the driver that I'll go pick it up. It wasn't a big deal. I get my food and go try to enjoy my lunch and notice part of my order was missing so I call the store. The manager picked up and was just flat rude to begin with when I told her I was missing my chips. All I wanted was a credit for the extra charge (no big deal) right?! WRONG! She tells me that she will drive and pick up the food and I was like what for? It was literally the chips missing. Then the driver told the manager that I put in the wrong address and "yelled" at her (which was complete BS! I wasn't even mad about that. So then the manage goes on a trip like "you yell at my driver and put the wrong address down.. blah blah blah like I couldn't even get a word in. So I asked her "was she there did she hear me yell at her" then was like "imma come pick up the food" and "we triple check everything" . There's 3 people there who triple checked everything and they couldn't get my order right so they took it out on me. I'm can bet they put the chips in the wrong bag because there was another order placed for that address. Anyways she hangs up on me not even trying to correct the situation and so I called the driver to ask why she lied to her manager but she was too scared to answer and had her manager answer. Now tell me if I was so rude to you by telling you "I will pick up my order" why were you so scared to talk to me? Anyways don't support this business because it looks like they have no respect for their customers and they just hire just about anyone. This is the worst JJ's! I have tried it twice and waited a very long time for my order only to have my sub wrong after I asked the person who handed me my sandwich. My daughter an I entered the store at 6:50PM. We placed our order and the food was delivered fast and correct. We sat down to eat and we were told, "we are closing in 5 minutes." I said we should be done in 5 minutes. Another couple came in and was looking at the menu. They were told "we are closing in 2 minutes." They placed their order and left. Then we were told "we are closing in 2 minutes." I said, "when i'm done with my sandwich, we will go." I've found my new favorite sandwich shop, over 2000 miles from home. I'm in the area on a business trip for a couple of weeks, and while I could choose to go anywhere for lunch I keep coming back to Jimmy John's. The ingredients are fresh, the subs are filling and delicious, and you can ask for additional veggie toppings at no extra charge. The staff is friendly and energetic; my sandwich is often ready by the time I fill my fountain drink. I wish we had one back home! read more

Really upset. My husband and I went in to order subs. Ordered 1 small (pepe) and one Large (#15). They were busy and gave us the wrong order. 2 pepes (small). We were busy and did not have time to drive back, so just figured I would let them know the next time we went in. Spoke to the manager and explained what happened. No apology. No "lets make it right" All I wanted was an apology and the #15 I originally paid for. Wrote corporate and they said all individually owned so they would send my complaint to the owner. I have no complaints on the food, our subs were made fresh and everything was correct in our order. When I went to pick up my food, it was extremely busy inside the store being that it was Lunch time. I had ordered online and was there to pick it up. So, there's a huge line and there's no navigating between online and in store orders, so I waited in line. While waiting, another guest was mid order and the young girl that was making the subs loudly yelled, "Good God, why does everyone want subs today?!" While she was helping a customer, nonetheless. A huge fan of Jimmy Johns. Recently I started a gluten free diet, not by choice. I've been having issues finding places that will work with my needs. They are so fast! Normally I will order from my desk at work. The last time I ordered I went to grab a drink from the work fridge only a couple minutes after ordering. By the time I got back my food was sitting in my desk for me. I have never had an issue with this Jimmy Johns. The longest I've ever had to wait is 15 minutes, and that was during a lunch rush. read more

OK, so I have to do an update to this JJ's. Since my last review, I've given them a few more chances. I've now ordered from them a few times, (more specifically - days I don't want to go out for lunch) and their delivery guy has delivered just like their commercials say - freaky fast. The subs are pretty standard, just make sure to reiterate what you want on the phone so there are no mixups (like my first review). 3.5 stars - I'll continue to have my subs delivered. It must have been an 'off-day' the first few times I've gone there. read more

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. I was extremely disappointed in my service at Jimmy John today. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 chips. We got 4 sandwiches and 2 chips, so we called back and they said they would bring them back. Never received them, and when I called back again the managers were rude just plain rude. She wanted to argue with me that we received them. The female I talked to would not give me her name said she was the head store manager - there was no one other than her to talk too. She said they were just chips. She kept saying there were delivered. WELL I did not get them. When you plan lunch for your bosses you would like it to be nice. Ordered 6 subs for delivery at 1230. It finally arrive at 145, then the order was wrong when it arrived. I called them up and all I got was a sorry excuse and that the manager would send a sandwich when his driver got back. Finally my sandwich arrive at 215, so it took almost 2 hours for 6 subs to be delivered. I will never ever order from them again and all I can say is find somewhere else to spend your money. read more

I have been ordering from this JJ's for about 9 months now and have never had an issue where they forgot anything or took too long. Food is always good too. I will say this though, I am a little more than perturbed that they still don't have the online ordering system set up like at any other JJ's in the metro area. Horrible service. My mom ordered an unwich and was not asked if she'd like any toppings, just what meat she'd like. After the cashier had put her order through the register, my mom had politely asked if she could get cheese on her unwich. We ordered subs for a birthday lunch and they messed one up. Everyone got to eat but one person was terribly dissatisfied and ate parts of the sub. I called to let them know about the problem (even though lunch was now over for all of us) and they told me they would replace the sub if we returned the uneaten sub. RIDICULOUS!!! It was a birthday lunch and they should have refunded for this sub. Also, knowing that they add $1.50 into the price of every sub they deliver and they do not advertise this is very dishonest and we won't be eating there any longer. Service is horrible. Takes over an hour to get subs. The last 3 times I ordered, I asked for banana peppers and none of them had them on....finally got fed up and called (didn't want to complain about 75 cents) and talked to the manager (Dannie?) she informed me that it happens a lot because they have a lot of turnover. And that she would send my information to the owner and he would take care of it (a gift card). Waited for 2 weeks then called again after not recieving anything and she then told me that was ridiculous, and that she would resend the information to the manager. I just found out that they are now charging $1.50 PER SANDWICH for delivery! They did not inform us of this policy change when we called in. I called them back and asked if this was now their standard practice, as we just paid an extra $6 bucks for this charge and tipped the driver $5. The guy on the phone also said the drivers expect to be tipped. I told him that considering that our company has them deliver here almost daily, that our orders will be dropping considerably and that is is not a good business move. You think you are ordering a a gourmet Sub as that is the section it is under. First time it is delivered it is delivered incorrect, I called because this is now the 2nd time they got my order wrong and so they offered to remake it and deliver the correct one, so I am thinking Wow! Great that is very nice. They delivered the corrected sub and before I open it it feels different.... It felt lighter.. I'm thinking no, they wouldn't do that.... So I open it up and they skimped on the contents of the sub.... Totally. I ordered the #12 Beach Club 1 slice of cheese 2 slices of cheese tomatoes and cucumbers it comes with avocado I could barely find the avocado.... This isn't the first time I have had this so I know what I am looking for and it wasn't there...it was if they were cleaning off the spatula from the last sub they made. VERY DISAPOINTING... I will take my Cousin's Sub's any day. I have had the #12 quite a few times and when I called to talk to the manager she was nothing but argumentative with me. She was telling me about my past experiences I was wrong that no I never could have had more than 1 teaspoon of Avocado on my sub because that I all they are allowed to put on each sub. Everything is measured and I'm wrong. That is exactly what she said to me. I kept a very calm voice, was not snotty or crabby. She definitely wasn't looking for client retention.
