They never get our order correct. We were 0/3 tonight for our order of sandwiches. Very frustrating.

They won't take your cash for $50 on an order of $36. Pretty shitty policy that one with common sense might want to reevaluate!

I went in to place a HUGE order for the morning after my son's wedding. They were patient, kind,…read moreand very helpful. The morning after the wedding, I was operating on about 3 hours of sleep, and preparing for a house full of people when the owner delivered my platters himself, right on time. Our guests, who live from Florida to New York, raved about the bagels, danish, muffins, crumb cake, cinnamon buns, and I THOUGHT it would be too much food, but our guests ate through most of it. They couldn't get enough....including those fussy NYers ;-)

We had high hopes for this deli and bagel shop. Everything was pretty and enticing but the bagels…read morewere hard and were difficult to eat. My wife bought an éclair and was disappointed in that too. A hard dipped chocolate like Dairy Queen uses on its cones instead of a frosting and the normally light and airy pastry was a little dense and too soft. Last was the service, an older woman we assumed was an owner was sort of helping us but kept walking away to berate and yell at young employees, for what appeared to just be controlling and mean. The younger employees looked like they were doing their jobs fine but she seemed to be in a power trip with a need to have her hand in every transaction. Clearly the younger employees were embarrassed and ashamed left looking pointless as she raced around. That would be tolerable if her customer service was good. It wasn't. We had to keep asking her to come back and finish our order. She wasn't helping other customers just micro managing everything else instead of taking care of the customer trying to order. I think I had to call her back four times and I got progressively louder the more she ignored us to bug the employees. Maybe she was having a bad day but we got the feeling this may just be how she treats employees, unable to let go and let them work. There was an older man who gave me a look and a shrug that seemed to imply he was sorry and helpless. He kept slinking away every time she went after the young workers. The sandwiches might be great, we will never know as I doubt we'll come back she was so off-putting and disruptive.

They are very friendly and work hard to get your order exactly right. My favorite sub is I think #14 the Jersey Devil. It has soooo much meat. The first one I took home I weight it and it was 3lbs. If you go to Subway you are lucky if your sub is half a pound and pretty much costs the same. There is a photo of one on the scale topping out at 2lbs10oz. The subs are so big I always have them quarter them for me and they pretty much make four meals. The most epic thing I did once was order one for a motorcycle trip then I rode straight to the top of Mt. Mitchell where I enjoyed one of these subs. My only beef I have with them...they have a loyalty program. I always get the Jersey Devil which is one of the most expensive subs at $17 (was $13 when they first opened). This is not a problem because it's so much food. So I was in there and went to redeem my free sub and I had my kids and they usually get a small ham sub or a turkey sub which is about $8. I checked out and went on my way but didn't notice until I got home that they redeemed my free sub for $8 instead of the big one!!! Of all the places Ive ever been with loyalty programs they always give you the most expensive one for free....I guess here you have to make a separate order to do that. Felt like my loyalty got taken advantage of. Lesson learned.

We've unlocked a new appreciation for The Butcher's Market now that we've tried their sandwiches!…read more I'm a sucker for good marketing and of all the birthday offers I got the one for Butcher's Market with a free sandwich AND $5 off $25 from their text club got me to go out. I had no idea they offered so many sandwiches and with their high quality meats the $10-12 price is phenomenal, especially because it comes with chips. Now they did get what they wanted because I still spent $65 on steak, sides, and wine but now we're both happier and I get a birthday lunch along with quality birthday dinner! Always clean, well stocked, and great service for their staff. They do offer $2 off sticker coupons for items with the sell by within a few days so it was great since we were using them this evening and saved us $10 off the sides and apps we got.

Him - none of em Me - well that's comforting to hear. He then says turkey and avocado. So I tried the Italian. It would rank behind Firehouse, Jimmy John's and Jersey Mikes. Grabbed some potato salad that said $1 off. No flavor and dry. Let's hope the rub and crackers are good when I get home. The only positive part of being in this store was the sweet lady at checkout and the nice young gentleman helping her. Otherwise huge miss.

We both got a hook and ladder sub and they were good. Could have used more cheese and meat but good taste. The tables were clean and the store had good lighting, so bright interior. Service however was not as good as most places. I asked for a sub sauce instead of mayo or mustard and they looked at me like I was speaking another language. We did end up with a little oil and vinegar, but not much. My cup had a leak in the bottom and after waiting a while, when I asked for another one, was treated like I was a real pain. No comment at all.... They still have the cherry limeade which is awesome . They even have it with no sugar and sparkling now. Yum! So good sub but not so good service.
