I'm always a sucker for meatball sandwiches though so that is what I got with a side of chips. It was outstanding. The meatballs were GIANT and they were the right texture. It was large enough that I had to split it across two meals. The owner was really nice when I was inside and talked to both of my kids. My kids were so well behaved they convinced me to buy them a cannoli on the way out the door. Over this shop fills its niche well, the shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. I have been a Manager for 10 years and no one has ever said I was unprofessional. Well, now you really proved that you're obviously not professional when handling a complaint about yourself at least ‍ I just thought someone might like to know this because I wouldn't work for anyone that was chewing my butt in a customer area........ P.S. The ice shoot on the soda machine is starting to get mold on it and you might want to clean it before the health department sees it!
