The experience itself was good. I ordered my sandwich easily. Inside was clean. The guy at the cash register was polite and friendly. The guy making sandwiches moved quickly and didn't make a mess. The lady at the drive through stayed busy and seemed great. BUT, had to knock off a star because I just didn't enjoy the wrap. I couldn't taste the meat or cheese, and it was mostly tortilla. I'll spare you the image of the big pile of dry tortilla leftovers at the end of my meal. The tomatoes were fresh, the lettuce was nice and crunchy, the mayo tasted fine. Just couldn't tell there was even meat and cheese present, and for $8.47 (including tax), I'd much rather get 3 or 4 tacos at the bell place, where I know I can actually taste the meat and cheese. That's not a knock on the employees, just the value for money and satiety factor. Not sure I'll be back. read more

Well, I'd like to say the food was great. And I'd like to say they had quick service but I just can't. I walked in there and saw two of their employees standing in front of the sandwich making line doing nothing. Another employee that looked like she was taking orders in the drive-through line said she'll be right with me and then walked outside this cooking area to talk to some customers that she appeared to know and was never helped. That is the last time I will go to the Jimmy John's or at least until they have a change of management. read more

Quick and very friendly service. I was in and out in five minutes. Clean restaurant. Good sandwich!

Every time I go to this location at 7 PM or a little after there's no one at the drive-through. I then go to go inside and an example is last night. There was a boy standing out there locking the door at 7:47. I have a picture. The worst place this happens multiple times not only with me with my ex-husband and other people, I know this is a they provide horrible service. They need to be shut down. They pay these kids to work and the kids do nothing but sit on their phones. It's just disgusting.. read more

Undelivered , RUDE service, and serious concerns about this franchise! I placed an order online for delivery for my Mother, who waited for quite some time without an update. I ended up calling the number listed over a dozen times. Finally, a man identified himself as Luke picked up the phone and as I was inquiring about the delivery, his quick response was you're not going to get it. We don't have a driver. he then went on to say I'm busy. I don't have time to talk if you have an issue call corporate. I replied, wait a minute the money has withdrawn from account. He spoke to someone and asked for a refund for me and I never got it. I called corporate and now they're looking into it. I can appreciate online receipt. Meanwhile, after doing much research, the owner of this franchise has a $30K lawsuit against him breach of contract. read more

Still waiting for a 1- sandwich order for almost 2 hours. I am less than 3 miles from this store. Tried calling the store several times with no answer. This is now the 3rd time I have placed an order that had issues. I am done with this location. How they have the franchise is beyond me. read more

Terrible experience. Employee called my wife a b***h. Said he cancelled the order and then marked as completed (we placed the order online) so we will probably be charged for food that we didn't receive. Rude, unprofessional service. Inexcusable. read more

This has to be the worst Jimmy John's in the Midwest as I travel a lot and have been to many locations. I will say the sandwiches are always good but a few things you always encounter at this place. The drive thru is open maybe 50% of the time. You drive around and there are employees in the store. Most of the time no one is in this store so this doesn't make sense. How about a sign on the drive thru speaker? I just go to Subway down the road. Other times it's just not open for one reason or the other. Poor management! read more

Generally speaking, my experiences here have been good. My biggest issues are when I ask for extra toppings and don't get them.

It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through and get 3 sandwiches . There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Definitely NOT freaky fast! read more

Wow the toasted sandwiches are really good. However beware that this JJ is STILL lacking any progress. They messed my sandwich and while willing to remake that meant I would have to drive back over there. It is a sandwich it is not tough but this location it is and has been for years. read more

Can we put negative stars?? My husband went there today with our two kids and my niece and nephew (all 6-9 years old) and waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes after they ordered. And there wasn't anyone inside ordering and workers were just standing around! Asked them what's taking so long (in a calm, nice way) and the manager came over and started dropping the f bomb in front of my kids and telling my husband to f'n leave or there's gonna be a problem. My husband simply asked for a receipt to show he was refunded and the guy kept dropping the f bomb. This is the most unprofessional business. This man needs to be fired and the store needs to be shut down. We will never go here again. read more

We were in need of a quick bite to eat yesterday and my husband suggested Jimmy John's. I practically laughed in his face as this Jimmy John's is NEVER open, but he asked if I would just call and check so I did. Someone answered the phone and I asked "is this location open today" to which they replied "yes". We pulled in the drive-thru, and no response. Pulled around to the front and all the lights were off. This place is a JOKE. Do not waste your time. This establishment needs to be shut down and investigated. There is no way this business is making one cent. read more

This is a new place in a new location on the back side of a large strip mall in a smaller strip mall. The place was easy to find, bright and clean, and folks welcomed me when I walked in. The sandwiches I ordered were done in no time and they managed to answer all my questions that I had. While this may not be destination stop for me, if I am in the area and wanting a sandwich I know where I will be going. read more

This isn't so much about the food, but the team behind the sandwich. We walked in and were told right away they were out of regular french bread due to large online orders, but they still had wraps and slim sized bread. We could tell the team was stressed and we said we can go if they needed a break. They insisted they could handle it so we ordered a sandwich and a wrap. The team of 3 lead by Tommy was getting slammed, but they were hustling and cranking out orders as freaky fast. They comped us our drinks and 2 cookies and were extremely friendly throughout the process. I ended up leaving a $10 tip when we left. It's always impressive to see a team work through issues together to overcome adversity. Kudos to this team. read more

The team here is amazing and so friendly ! I used to go to another location but it's so iffy on if you're going to get soft bread or even the right sandwich. I am pleased to say this will be my new go to location for a quick , fast and friendly lunch. Check them out ! I've seen a lot of bad reviews but they defiantly made a turn around ! Everything taste fresh and you don't find businesses that are excited to see you when you walk in the door like you do here! read more

Expensive $11 for a sandwich ,dry and tasteless meat, bread overcooking and hard, toppings were wrong Tattooed manager guy is rude and yells at his employees, saw it first hand The place is barely open on sundays or Monday's when u look at the website it says it's open. Go somewhere else read more

The food is always good. The store must be facing issues keeping employees. Ownership needs to step in here. Some days employees are in the store but not open. Other days, closed and sometimes a sign on drive thru staying inside orders only. It's frustrating when trying to get served on lunch hour or half hour when it takes 15-30 minutes to get through the drive thru. It seems they take an order or two then stop until those customers are served before moving on. Owner may need to increase salaries to keep good management. The increased revenue will support it. read more

2 pm on a Saturday and the restaurant abruptly closed up? I was in line at the drive through and 2 cars in front of me went through. I pulled up to the window and waited for about 8 minutes before pulling away. Pulled up to the window to see the staff mopping the floor and ignoring a customer at the door and myself at the window. If they had to shut down they had to shut down, but why not communicate that? Overall I'm chalking it up to poor management and it's looking like this jimmy John's is on its way out the door read more

Went 30 minutes before closing. Had all the doors shut and lights on but no one came to the door.

Jimmy John's has always been a good, quick sandwich stop. I think it's a great option for lunch, whether with friends or having it catered at work! I mean come on, they're Freaky Fast. read more

You never know if this location is going to be open or not. I go to the Club Fitness across the street and this Jimmy John's is never open when Apple Maps and their web site says they should be. Whenever they are open, it is incredibly slow service. I've ordered online for pickup, drove the ten minutes to the location, and they hadn't even started making my sandwich. And then I would wait for another ten minutes. This has happened a few times now. I will drive to a farther Jimmy John's to avoid this location. read more

When this restaurant is open, it's really good food. Everything is made somewhat fast, and the Employees are respectful if you treat them nicely. However, on occasion, they will close down randomly without updating their hours. This is a massive inconvenience to people who live 15+ minutes away to have to drive out there just for no one to be there. If you have that big of staffing issues, be closed on Sundays and update your hours. read more

I have went there and will never go again. They had really nasty people and the bread had to of sat out for a long time because it was really hard. The bathroom was really dirty. Worst fast food/restaurant experience of my life today at this store. No one in front of me....waited about 10 minutes at the window for four sandwiches and then calmly asked if sandwiches were on their way. Told they were working on it. Waited another 5 minutes and still nothing. 15 minutes now....I asked the nice cashier if she know what was going on and then immediately a gentleman came to the window and asked "Is there a F...ing problem? We are backed up... I can void your order." I had four kids in the car. I said please do so I could just move on without issue. He said, "You paid by card so I will void it and get the F... out of my line MotherF....." I then asked for a voided receipt and he told me to "Get the F... out of his line or I am going to F... you up." I had the kids in the car so I just drove away so they would not have to see anymore of that. Still have not received my refund. Needless to say I will not be back and will make sure I get the word out how they treat customers. Lived in this area my entire life and have never had an experience like this. Everyone has bad days, but no one should be cussed out for no reason especially with little kids in the car. read more

Worst service I've ever had. Not sure if they are short on help, or employees are new, or straight don't want to work, but worst service ever. The owners kids have been sending me messages. His daughter would like all of his customers know their opinion does not matter unless "they are as rich as my dad." The kid lying on the bench was in uniform-so yes he was an employee. I guess she thinks the dirty tables and employees locked in the restroom are ok things since she didn't dispute that. Appreciate you confirming that darling. It's great to know that an owner knows the way to deal with any situation is to allow his children to intervene. Whatevs. Lol. I found it pretty entertaining to be honest that they got so worked up. Sorry not sorry. Hope to hear from the kids again. Maybe we can exchange Christmas cards. Or I can cross post screen shots of your daughter being a snot on the restaurant Facebook page. I am 100% sure you don't actually care or you would have informed your children about how unprofessional it is to attack customers by DM. Pretty much consistent with my expectation of the owner (seems like the young lady is spoiled sarcastic and out of touch in just the best possible way). Probs runs the house like his Jimmy Johns, trash piling up, everyone napping and and smoking and lounging about. God bless America and the small business owners who really are making America great again. Please keep sending me hilarious DMs as I find them very entertaining. I have no value or interest in you as humans and don't really care or expect your business to prosper. Also maybe don't assume people's net worth. Gee we may not all be heirs to the Jimmy Johns fortune, but you might be surprised to find out some of his customers actually have well paying jobs!! I know shocking since you and your dad obviously think all customer at Jimmy Johns are a bunch of poor meth heads who can't hardly scrounge up enough pennies to buy some of them scrumptious jalapeño chips. Guess I'll just have to go spend my couch change at some other establishment who's willing to put up with me paying them my money. Boohoo! Lol. Too funny. read more

Worst employee attitudes ever. If you hate your job that much quit. I went in there the other night and instead of putting my food in a bag the worker told my boyfriend he could do it himself. Also anytime they deliver to my job they are such dicks(except the women who are usually pretty respectful) Working in a job dealing with customers isn't easy but if you are going to have a shit attitude about it you probably shouldn't work there. I'm a pretty understanding person but I won't be ordering from here anymore if I can help it. They really just aren't nice people. read more

Never had an issue at a jimmy john's location until we went to fenton. The employees were rude and seemed inconvenienced by us. Normally they read back your order and this time they did not which lead to them giving us the wrong sandwich (which ended in us getting Tuna something we do not eat and it was just thrown away) He was super rude. When asked if we wanted anything else I stated "hold on" to which he replied our total as if he didn't care if we wanted anything extra. I ordered the #9 with extra onions- there were barely onions on there and it looked like I had the amount of meat that a slim would have not a giant. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this location. My in laws said they didn't like this place because they have only fired the fenton location and now I can see why!
