The response I received was not only unhelpful, but entirely rude and disrespectful. The staff showed zero empathy or basic courtesy, completely dismissing a small, simple request that would have made a world of difference for her. Dealing with a loved one's illness is already an exhausting experience, and to be met with such hostility in a place that is supposed to serve customers is unacceptable. That's it, I'm done. I will never, EVER set foot in another Subway. Pepsi products are disgusting and I refuse to patronize any establishment that is so stupid that they do not realize that saving a few bucks of their overhead cost is not going to be MORE than offset by the loss of customer base and drink sales.
