I came here for lunch while on a work trip. The service was fast as expected from Jimmy John's. It was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. You could tell they knew some of the regulars. Overall, no complaints from me. read more

A few minutes after eating, I began feeling nauseous and had the sensation of possibly vomiting. A couple of hours after eating, symptoms escalated to uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting, lasting the rest of the night. The manager offered to refund the cost of my meal but has not followed through with the refund. I would not want to go through that again for any amount of money! read more

Jimmy John's - $6 for a turkey sandwich?! Really?! This is nothing?! - Sandwiches Near Me - Davenport, Iowa

I was struggling with a craving for some Jimmy John's for over a week so I was excited when the opportunity came and I must say I was not disappointed... I ordered the #7 GIANT Spicy East Coast Italian (I added ham) for lunch and II sat in their indoor lobby (they also have an outdoor patio) I really enjoyed the masterpiece of a sandwich they created for me so much that I didn't have time to take a picture (sorry) next time for sure very soon!! I took the other half of my delicious sandwich home and I must say that it held up very well when I finally sat down to enjoy it for a late dinner... Thank You and see you again very soon read more

What happened to freaky fast? This place is freaky slow. Used the app. to order. Got a call 5 minutes after putting in my order because they were out of bread and asked if they could use a wrap. They threw in a cookie for not having enough bread. Nothing about wait time. This was all about 8:17pm, 9:15. My food shows up. He tells me they only have one driver for all the delivery's they have to make. This isn't the first time, it happens most often. It is ridiculous, and I won't be ordering from this or any other location again. What a joke. read more

I placed an order at 4:02 pm from the Locust location and after waiting an hour and a half I called them to check on the order. I was told the driver made severs attempts to call me. I NEVER received a call from them. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! read more

This place is way too low on stars, they used to deliver to me when I lived on Hayes, man I ordered and the food got there before I could smoke a cigarette, lol Good food, good service, yum! read more

Extremely friendly and attentive service. Everyone wore face masks. They asked me many questions to confirm my order was correct. Very clean store. Sandwich as always was great. read more

This is the absolute worst Jimmy John's I have ever eaten at. In less than 2 months we have received sandwiches with soggy brown vegetables and rotten turkey. The manager was rude and basically told me to deal with it when I called to let him know what happened with our order. Horrible experience all around on multiple occasions. read more

Jimmy John's - The disgusting sandwich that they gave me on my 1st horrible experience with this restaurant in the past 2 months. - Sandwiches Near Me - Davenport, Iowa

Every time I go here it's always a great experience. So friendly and literally freaky fast. So friendly that the door was opened for me once too. Thank you for making my experience great every time and making my tummy happy. read more

Worker was extremely rude the entire time I was in there waiting for my food. Did not have my 2 subs ready when I called 30 minutes before showing up. read more

Beware of delivery. It can take over an hour to revive your food. Freaky slow. Called after 45 minutes and was just told that the order was out for delivery and that they were busy. Customer service rivals this location's delivery. Unapologetically bad. read more

I really like this restaurant, especially since it seems to have gotten better since some of my previous visits, but I didn't have a great experience today. I decided to do an online order in-store pickup for lunch since I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I put the order through while I was in a class and put in the pickup for 12:15. I got there about 12:11 and didn't see my order in the spot for in-store pickups. I sat down and waited since I was a few minutes early. They were pretty busy since it was lunchtime, so I don't blame them for possibly being a little behind, but when it got to be 12:22, I decided to get in line and go to the counter to ask for my order. I was pretty irritated that I'd been waiting for 10 minutes and it hadn't been put out yet. The poor gal at the counter had to ask her coworkers several times for my order since no one seemed to know where it was. I wasn't really surprised to see it had been prepared, bagged up, and set aside. I know they probably did this since my pickup time was an hour after the order was placed, but what irritates me is that it was just set aside and forgotten about and no one kept track of the time to put it out on the shelf. This is my first time doing an in-store pickup, and I don't think I'll be doing it again. I thought this would be more convenient for me since I was extremely hungry and wanted to eat ASAP, but I realize now I would have been better off to just stand in line since I had to actually get up and ask for the order after waiting for 10 minutes. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Coming to this JJ location has never been a particularly pleasant experience to begin with, but I have always gone here just because its close and convenient. However, after today, I will never be going back. I asked the lady a simple question about my rewards account, and she responded by being extremely rude for absolutely no reason; and I can confidently say that I have never received such terrible service in my life. I will be driving the extra distance from now on to avoid this place at all costs. read more

Poor service, couldn't get a gift card loaded with $ and once they figured it out they had no sleeves/envelops for the gift cards. Wouldn't trust them with my food. read more

the best sandwich place that i have ever been to. the bread is delicious. i wouldn't say i am a huge mayo fan, but the mayo on these sandwiches somehow makes them right. my boyfriend and i love the BLT and Utimate Porker (basically a doctored up BLT with applewood smoked ham and other meat on it) my mom loves their salt and vinegar chips, but if you don't like the sour...then don't worry cause they have plenty to chose from. it is decorated very cutely in a masculine way. funny signs are all over the walls, such as what is and isn't appropriate to do in Jimmy John's, and just silly stuff. you can call in and they will deliver to you, with their motto that they are the fastest you can take out no waiter service super casual kinda like subway...just cooler and tastes better read more

They certainly have changed..much for the better. Everything was garden fresh and delicious! The delivery guy was helpful, fast and very polite. The telephone person was also friendly and very eager to please. They've improved on every single area that I had dinged them on. Way to go! I'm so glad I gave them a second chance. read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. Ordered jimmy johns for delivery and won't be don't that again. It took them an hour to get to me. When I called them (to see if he may be lost or needed help getting there) they were rude and just gave me a couple words answers. Terrible terrible terrible. Don't go here. I never hop on these things and rate my experience but this was just unacceptable. read more

I work at a college and we always order from this Jimmy John's and have never had a bad experience. Thanks Guys!

They've always delivered to my area until recently. I live 1.89 miles away, 2 other stores within 5 miles don't deliver either. Not sure what changed, but it's for the worse. read more

I ordered online and prepaid with credit card. Went to where the sign says "pickup ". 10 employees standing around B. S. ing. No one would even look at me. After a few minutes I yell at the girl standing 3 feet in front of me:"can I pick up my online order " she says you pick it up where the sign says "order" that makes a lot of sense, you pick up order where it says order not pickup. Ask the kid why you pick up where it says order. He says because you pay here. I said I paid online and he just stands there looking mentally challenged. Ham sandwich looked real good but it was real bland. Very unsatisfying. read more

Very good subs. Have ordered from here quite a few times. My favorites are the vegetarian and beach club. My wife's favorite is the club lulu. Bread and ingredients always fresh. Delivery is a little slower then other jimmy johns but usually only 20 min. read more

Ordered two sandwiches and two bags of chips at 11:29am. Got a phone call at 12:10pm asking where I was located. I tried to give my address to the gentleman on the phone but he assured me that the delivery guy would phone prior to delivery and I could give him the address. The order was delivered to our main campus rather than one of the satellite sites where I am located. Not at all happy with the guy who took the order but wouldn't take my address. read more

Ok, the food is pretty good, the prices, fair. BUT, walking in that place will drive you NUTS. You think you're in a rock concert, the noise level in there all the time is ridiculous. The music is BLARINGLY LOUD. Hey I love music, but this is over the top when you have to SHOUT your order at the guy behind the counter all the time. I go to eat, not be blasted out of a place. And I'm young! Also their delivery drivers, whoa, watch out, I don't know how many times I have seen run stop signs and almost crash into me. I had a friend who a JJ driver crash into their car, JJ was uninsured too. What a nightmare. Less muss, no fuss, and quiet, I go to Hungry Hobo up the street, and pray on the way home a JJ driver doesn't run a stop sign and crash into me also. Get your driver's insured JJ, have a roll call every day they are insured! No insurance, no job. read more
