I ordered the #7 GIANT Spicy East Coast Italian (I added ham) for lunch and II sat in their indoor lobby (they also have an outdoor patio) I really enjoyed the masterpiece of a sandwich they created for me so much that I didn't have time to take a picture (sorry) next time for sure very soon!! What happened to freaky fast? This place is freaky slow. Used the app. to order. Got a call 5 minutes after putting in my order because they were out of bread and asked if they could use a wrap. They threw in a cookie for not having enough bread. Nothing about wait time. This was all about 8:17pm, 9:15. My food shows up. He tells me they only have one driver for all the delivery's they have to make. This isn't the first time, it happens most often. I really like this restaurant, especially since it seems to have gotten better since some of my previous visits, but I didn't have a great experience today. I decided to do an online order in-store pickup for lunch since I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I put the order through while I was in a class and put in the pickup for 12:15. I got there about 12:11 and didn't see my order in the spot for in-store pickups. I sat down and waited since I was a few minutes early. They were pretty busy since it was lunchtime, so I don't blame them for possibly being a little behind, but when it got to be 12:22, I decided to get in line and go to the counter to ask for my order. I was pretty irritated that I'd been waiting for 10 minutes and it hadn't been put out yet. The poor gal at the counter had to ask her coworkers several times for my order since no one seemed to know where it was. I wasn't really surprised to see it had been prepared, bagged up, and set aside. I know they probably did this since my pickup time was an hour after the order was placed, but what irritates me is that it was just set aside and forgotten about and no one kept track of the time to put it out on the shelf. This is my first time doing an in-store pickup, and I don't think I'll be doing it again. I thought this would be more convenient for me since I was extremely hungry and wanted to eat ASAP, but I realize now I would have been better off to just stand in line since I had to actually get up and ask for the order after waiting for 10 minutes. read more

Coming to this JJ location has never been a particularly pleasant experience to begin with, but I have always gone here just because its close and convenient. However, after today, I will never be going back. the best sandwich place that i have ever been to. the bread is delicious. i wouldn't say i am a huge mayo fan, but the mayo on these sandwiches somehow makes them right. my boyfriend and i love the BLT and Utimate Porker (basically a doctored up BLT with applewood smoked ham and other meat on it) my mom loves their salt and vinegar chips, but if you don't like the sour...then don't worry cause they have plenty to chose from. it is decorated very cutely in a masculine way. funny signs are all over the walls, such as what is and isn't appropriate to do in Jimmy John's, and just silly stuff. you can call in and they will deliver to you, with their motto that they are the fastest you can take out no waiter service super casual kinda like subway...just cooler and tastes better read more

I ordered online and prepaid with credit card. Went to where the sign says "pickup ". 10 employees standing around B. S. ing. No one would even look at me. After a few minutes I yell at the girl standing 3 feet in front of me:"can I pick up my online order " she says you pick it up where the sign says "order" that makes a lot of sense, you pick up order where it says order not pickup. Ask the kid why you pick up where it says order. He says because you pay here. I said I paid online and he just stands there looking mentally challenged. Very good subs. Have ordered from here quite a few times. My favorites are the vegetarian and beach club. My wife's favorite is the club lulu. Bread and ingredients always fresh. Delivery is a little slower then other jimmy johns but usually only 20 min. read more

I tried to give my address to the gentleman on the phone but he assured me that the delivery guy would phone prior to delivery and I could give him the address. Ok, the food is pretty good, the prices, fair. BUT, walking in that place will drive you NUTS. You think you're in a rock concert, the noise level in there all the time is ridiculous. The music is BLARINGLY LOUD. Hey I love music, but this is over the top when you have to SHOUT your order at the guy behind the counter all the time. I go to eat, not be blasted out of a place. And I'm young! Also their delivery drivers, whoa, watch out, I don't know how many times I have seen run stop signs and almost crash into me. I had a friend who a JJ driver crash into their car, JJ was uninsured too. What a nightmare.
