The lady at the bakery was very helpful and shared with me the different options I have for tiramisu. I could buy a single slice or a full cake. The only thing I didn't like is the person who served us was complaining publicly to the coworker. The cake was delicious though it wasn't like a homemade Italian tiramisu that our exchange daughter from Italy made but still worth every bite!

Then there are ones that make up some kind of excuse why they can't do it. Always a hit and miss. I need to remember who the good cutters are and only come when they're here working. I wish they would simply answer no when I ask if they can cut them to 1 inch thick. I suppose I'm too picky when buying treats for my dogs. However, they are way too expensive to have to throw away so many because they're too thick for my dogs. Starting to lose faith in their ability since only a couple of them have the skills set to do as requested.
