For me this Jimmy John's location is 50-50. I mean the service is good the location is genuinely clean. The staff is always friendly & welcoming. I usually mobile order my sandwich, but there's no consistency to their sandwich's. Some days they are better than others. Also maybe dependent on staff, coverage I understand. Whenever I pick up my sandwich from this location it's always pretty busy. Might try order inside next time, I'm just not a fan of waiting around. OVER AN HOUR LATE after I ordered it in advance (ordered at 11:00 for delivery 11:45-12:00... showed up AFTER 12:45). Called and asked about the food at 12:40 and the man was SO RUDE and condescending! Literally told me "you're not the only person who ordered food during lunch time today". I asked for some type of compensation for the terrible service - like a refund or at least a free cookie or something - he says "I can call the driver and have her bring your food back here... then I can give you a refund for it." Customer service is horrible came in to order the new pickle sandwich which the young man working the register let me know it could only be ordered online. Immediately after picking up my order the sandwich had no cheese , 2 pieces of meat and not fresh at all. I took the sandwich back and asked for a refund the young man then took the sandwhich slapped 2 pieces of cheese and wrapped it back up no gloves or anything would not recommend. read more

Best Customer Service Ever! Absolutely love this location. Before Covid started we frequently visited this location, but what I am throughly impressed with is the team ability to remain upbeat during the change. They always greet you with a warm welcome even if you can't see them smile with their mask on. Even signing up for rewards was an awesome experience filled with excitement and willing to go the extra mile! I love this team! Tonight my husband went to pick up our sandwiches and our FAVORITE team member who has learned my sandwich order by heart wrote a sweet hello on my sandwich. Why do you have business hours if you aren't open during those times? I probably wouldn't have even left this as a review except I was talking to a friend and she told me about a bad customer service experience with a rather large order at the Southland's Jimmy Johns recently. I ordered an unwhich online. When the delivery came it was a regular sandwhich. I called the location and spoke with Kevin. I explained the situation and asked him for a refund, as due to my food allergy I cannot eat it. He then said that they made it according g to the order. I told him that I did choose the unwhich option so I'm not sure what happened between my choosing and them receiving, but in either case, I would like a refund, as again, I cannot eat this. He replied "we made it according to the order placed" I then told Kevin that his behavior was getting petty and argumentative and it was not necessary. He then told me that he will stick up for his staff. I told him there was no reason to stick up for anyone. If anything, it was the website. Not the staff. But Kevin did not hear this BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT STOP ARGUING WITH ME. I told Kevin to stop arguing. It's not that big a deal. Just give me my money back so we can hang up because this was going no where. He proceeded to say, "I just did give you your money back, but we made the order as it came in" and continued to ramble on with the blaming of who's fault it was. I hung up. Because my energy is more precious than Kevin's. Management should but Kevin in the back. Or through anger management courses before allowing Kevin to interact with the customers who have had a bad experience. Because regardless of who's fault it was, I am the paying customer. I did not raise my voice, or belittle him or anyone else. I simply asked for a refund and I got a whole lotta Kevin back talk and attitude instead. So if you call this location and Kevin answers, ask to speak to someone else. Unless you like to argue, in which case, talk with Kevin. read more

Jimmy Johns doesn't give a military discount. Sadly I will never eat here again. We use to eat here all the time too. I went to this location at Southlands last week with my family. My dad politely asked if they offered a military discount and this guy making sandwiches yelled NO! Not to mention we ordered over $50 worth of food. He could have said it nicely. But he literally yelled directly at my dad "NO" no apology or any sort of acknowledgment. Which was surprising because I eat there all the time. That's was the first time my dad was ever shamed for asking for a military discount. What kind of person would treat someone like that?! Beyond horrible customer service. There was no need for that guy to disrespect my Veteran father like that. We took our food and he just glared at us like, how dare we ask for a discount. I told my whole office staff and everyone I know not to eat at Jimmy Johns anymore. Everyone needs to know how poorly they treat Veterans. You can be sure I'm telling everyone Jimmy Johns does NOT offer a military discount!!! So disappointing! Will be finding some other place to eat lunch. What a shame. read more

I'll never eat here. While eating next door I was watching the workers inside this Jimmy John's out at Southlands. One of the male workers caught my eye as he kept taking his hat off and running his fingers through his hair. No gloves. He then proceeded to scratch the hell out of his head three times (no gloves) that I saw over a period of a half hour, maybe less? During this entire episode, I did not witness him wash his hands. I then saw him putting the bread trays in the oven (no gloves). He then ended at the cash register to take someone's order....still no gloves or hand washing. Thanks for the reminder that I need to be preparing my own meals at home! read more

I have not been to a Jimmy John's in quite a while and was not a huge fan. Tonight's visit changed that quite a bit. I did an online order and when the confirmation came through for some reason it was set for pick up the next day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my order were professional and courteous and as I have heard about JJ's they were fast. Made sure my order was right and anything else, napkins or straws were there. The food was good and fresh. NICE JOB to the crew from tonight! read more

First I must say we have been ordering from this store for awhile now! And have had no complaints until tonight! And i will NEVER purchase from this Jimmy John's again! We had 4 sandwiches delivered all were to have NO onion's all had onions on them! I called The manager said he personally made them and they didnt have onions but he would replace them but he had to get the first one back. Which was perfect they would not be eatin' by us! When the delivery lady arrived my daughter took the old ones to the door and the lady stood on our front porch and told my daughter rudely she had to check all 4 prior to giving her the 4 new ones. She checked them and said these definitely have no onions extremely crappy. My daughter told her they did have onions because my mom broke out in hives and they tasted like spoiled lettuce. The lady continued to argue with my daughter the whole time I couldnt come to door because I had to take an epipen my reaction was so bad from the onions. My daughter had to take the new sandwichs from the lady's hand and shut the door because she was still trying to argue even after she told her about my allergic reaction. We will never return to this store we will go across the street to Jersey Mike's or the other Jimmy John's down the street never the one in Southlands! Rude! read more
