Once I got to the location they did not have my order ready and couldn't find it in the system. They had me call a different store to see if they got my ordered be mistake, they didn't. The manager at that location said they had to make my order regardless. Website told me that my order was delivered and it wasnt there. I called the store and they said the driver was just leaving with my order. Just went in for 2 subs and the older woman working was very rude. My boyfriend asked for a little vinegar on the side and she said that "they're not allowed to give out sauce unless it was on the sandwich", even though there was a container of sauce with a bag of opened chips sitting on the table behind us (clearly using sauce to dip the chips in, not on a sandwich). Jimmy John's can eat my ass. I live 2 miles away and they wont deliver to my house. Like, maybe, I get it. The whole "freaky fast" thing - except this - I've lived in locations where a JJ was less than a block away and delivery would still take up to 25 - 30 minutes. Sometimes more. So fuck right off with that business model. Problem is, I do enjoy the sandwiches. So once in a while, in a moment of forgetfulness I'll think to myself, "It's been ages since I've had Jimmy John's" and try for an order. Came here on 4th of July to grab a sandwhich since they're located right next to Aurora's big fireworks show viewing areas, they were out of bread and said they were "unexpectedly busy" (again this was a holiday and they're right next to the firework viewing area so it seems like they should have been "expectedly busy"). They then refused to make a regular sandwich on a tortilla wrap (which I saw then do for the group of people in front of me) and cited a policy that says they can only make specified wraps on tortillas. I was the third customer in line when I entered and despite having 5+ employees working I took 20 minutes to get my food (not bad in general but certainly the longest I've ever waited at a Jimmy John's). Finally, when they rang up my order they asked if I was a rewards member, I said yes, but the girl hit the no button and didn't allow my to give my phone number for rewards. I normally would give this place 2-3 stars but the most recent experience here was very bad! We ordered two 16 inch Club Lulu Sandwiches, and added Provolone cheese for a 1.50$ extra charge. Both sandwiches were wrong and did not get the up-charged provolone. When I called to speak to your manager Ariana she took no Accountability and tried to say I was wrong! I guess if Jimmy Johns wants to run their company this way they will see the negative outcome. Your Manager Ariana should not be in a position to talk to customers. I placed my order online. I asked for a plan sandwich with nothing but mayonnaise. I get home and the sandwich has everything on down to the oil and vinegar. I call and who ever I spoke to was just trying to get me off the phone and saying bring the sandwich back with the receipt and we will fix it. I've only ever ordered online and no matter what day or time, my order always takes at least an hour and a half to get to me. The drive is just barely, barely over a mile. It's a 6 minute drive. Not once have they offered to comp me for the wait. The best they've ever had to offer was "we're sorry, there was a driver mix up." Lately, they'd call me promising delivery in 15 minutes and once 45 minutes has passed I call in and they tell me that the driver will be at the actual store in 5 minutes. So once the driver gets there my food will be stale after the hour of just sitting out. The ice in the soda's will have melted, the driver will, as always, be incredibly rude, and so on and so forth. Moving forward for this area, Grubhub has some GREAT options with a fraction of the wait time. Don't waste your time on these people anymore, they have no respect for their customers what so ever . read more

The establishment is always clean, the staff is always looking after you. They play good music, and it's a comfortable place to eat and converse with your lunch mates. I've been eating here since they opened, you always get a great greeting when you enter. They prepare your sandwich to your interest & specifications. Went there 6/15/18 had to wait a long time for my sandwich. After the other customers got their sandwiches the sandwich maker asked me what my problem was holding the guts to my sandwich. This Jimmy Johns is very fast 95% of the time, which is awesome! But my order is only correct 5% of the time. If you're going to charge .75 cents and up for toppings, at least make sure you're putting them on the sandwich. The upcharge in the delivery fee is in no way justified as the lack of attention to detail in the store is ridiculous. I've called to complain, they say they'll add a credit under my phone number but when I call back to redeem they don't ever have record.
