I have worked with Jimenez Appliance for many years even when they were in Fort Myers. All Appliances I've purchased have been great and I've sent others there as well. We were having a problem with our fron load washer once and went there to see what he had and he told us how to check for error codes and if we got a certain one it was a circuit board. He gave the part number we needed and we fixed it ourselves. He is a very honest person and has advised us which brands/models are better than others. Jan 2021. Bought a refrigerator here. Totally my error it was the wrong size. They went out of thier way to find me one that fit perfectly! 90 day warranty and yes we had to call them with a problem. MONTH-LONG NIGHTMARE (Only got $450 of the $600+ paid): Purchased a french door refrigerator for my mother. It arrived 2 hours past the latest time promised (not a big deal, but this was just the beginning of the journey). Once the refrigerator finally arrived, they installed it, powered it up (and carted away a perfectly good refrigerator). The next morning we discovered thawed and warm food and we lost all our food. Multiple calls with the owner we finally got the tech back out 2 days later (it was the weekend and no one was available until the following week) After 2 separate sessions with their repair tech, they finally had the refrigerator working . Once the refrigerator was running then we discovered the ice maker was not working. 3 sessions later, the repair tech had to install a new icemaker. After weeks of this back-and-forth -- and scheduling with the repair tech (and waiting for their multi-hour window), we finally gave up when the refrigerator and the freezer both failed again, asked for a refund (with 2 months remaining on the "warranty"). For the icing on the cake, the owner argued that he had spent money on an ice-maker and shouldn't have to refund that amount (even though he sold us on the fact that we were getting a 'fully operational' refrigerator). In the end, my mother was so worn down by the owner that she settled for $450 of the $600+ paid for this useless refrigerator. And, the bonus, is that they got to keep and resell the original perfectly running refrigerator. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. His 'warranty' does not extend to cover any 'repairs' that he has to make in order to get is running appliances actually running. read more

I got a new dishwasher from these Hack-Frauds less than 2 weeks ago and the thing was broken before we got it out of the box, did not work on installation. It will be 10 more days until they send a member of the Hack-Fraud fix-it team mincing over to "service and diagnose" the problem. My son who legally cannot drive yet, already serviced and diagnosed the part more times than I can count on both hands now, and showed me how to disassemble the thing and what switch is messing up and how to fix it, although it could be a "logic board" (idk he likes electronics); but if a highschool kid can fix it in under 10 minutes, what is taking Mr Jimenez so long to send someone out? Is he paying for experienced service and installation techs or just hiring slave labor to do skilled work and scam customers? I helped my son film a YouTube video on how to fix this exact problem in case other salesmen are as incompatent as the "Jimenez Hack Fraud Chop Shop" , but I shouldn't have to interrupt my son in the middle of his homework to repair a dishwasher when I need to do the dishes! Especially a machine that obviously has a manufacturer defect and needs replacement/RMA ( or just give me the part today for my son to install instead of another spineless lackey reeking of Patchouli oil). Who knows, maybe it could have been the oily delivery-duo who broke my dishwasher! These kids did not care what they were doing and just went as fast as they could while they: manhandled the machine into my home with less care than a toddler treats their EasyBake oven, put gouges in my drywall while failing to take culpability, were swearing in Spanish the entire time like I can't understand one of the most common languages in the USA, smelled up my house worse than an Abercrombie and Fitch store with migraine inducing levels of what I presume was cologne, and then demanded a tip after damaging my house and new dishwasher with less style and grace than newborn babies crawling their way through a minefield. I have put in an RMA with FrigidAir as they value their: name, reputation, and customers, unlike these Jimenez hack-frauds. It might take longer but at least the manufacturer has been more helpful in just a single phone call, than Jimenez has been in in 2 weeks. Our fridge died and the one we need is on back order so we went looking for a temporary replacement and found one at this place. Paid cash and took it home, went through the hassle of bringing through our narrow doors and into the kitchen and plugged it in. The next day we put a thermometer in and it was 70 degrees. Had to find another used fridge (on Craigs List) and shelled out another 350 dollars. Then had to remove non working fridge load up in truck and take it back. You would think they would test out a refrigerator for several days before they put it up for sale. What a pain in the ass not to mention we wasted a whole lot of time in the process. If you buy a fridge from these people I suggest before you go through the trouble of putting it inside your home, plug it in and make sure it works first. read more
