They really came through for us! We purchased three rooms of carpet and were pleased with the…read moreresults. We also purchased the 3M Everguard Stain Protection Plan guarantee. We had a vacuum issue which deposited indeterminate stains at the doorways of two of the rooms. We contacted 3M directly, as instructed. After several frustrating go-arounds with 3M, we got nowhere for over a year. 3M kept sending carpet cleaners out and then declaring the stains gone. In desperation, I contacted John Taylor, President of Taylor Carpet One, and Renee Peterson, Service Department. John put Renee on the project and she really rattled cages at 3M. She was very proactive with us, letting us know about each contact, and how they were escalating the claim (which 3M had said was dead). In the end, 3M agreed to replace both rooms of carpet. We were responsible for the installation, which I thought was fair. They stand by their product! Thank you Renee for your hard work and perseverance.
